   This practice is truly exceptional. Each member of the team is incredibly welcoming and warm, and they consistently greet patients with a genuine smile, demonstrating their commitment to patient care. I haven't found a better dental practice in the UK. The facility is well-equipped, and the dentists, hygienists, dental nurses, and receptionists are all highly qualified, providing outstanding customer service. I genuinely treat every visit to be a SPA day for my teeth. Thank you, BDP, you are indeed the best!

   100% recommend Dr Kathryn French for your wisdom tooth surgery. She helped me so much through the process and made it as anxiety-free as possible (I’m a nervous patient!) with her expertise, kindness & compassion. Compared to an extraction I had earlier this year on the nhs, this experience was so much easier. Both the recovery and the aftercare have been exponentially better- thank you to Dr Kathryn French, Dr Jonathon Cochrane and the whole team at the Bristol Dental Practice!

   I spilt my time between UK and Italy. My regular dentist is in Italy. I have now been to Bristol Dental Practice twice. Two years ago my appliance covering 3 implants fell out and Bristol dental practice took me in as an emergency patient and sorted out my problem even though the implant system I have is different from theirs. Dr Devin Vaghela (Dev) was able to find screws to fit and fix my problem fast ! The repair lasted longer than several my Italian dentist has done. This last week again while we are in UK my screws broke again and Dev was again able to help. This time not with screws but getting me some protective wax to cover the abutments till I get back to Italy. Importantly he also talked me through options for dealing with this recurrent problem related to working on my bite. I am very grateful for fast skillful and empathetic care given by Dev and staff. My wife who accompanied me to office and I also appreciated the educational materials and videos in waiting room. If unable to get the bite issues addressed in Italy I'll be back.    Used the practice through my orthodontists recommendation and was treated by Maria. Had my own agency to create a treatment plan fitting to my requirements and budgets. Maria also identified other issues and helped with preventative treatments. Costing is transparent and there are no hidden fees. Each treatment was considered and carried out efficiently and conducted very professionally. Booking is easy and staff at reception are attentive and always friendly, long opening hours makes it easy to get a suitable time slot. Very happy with final results and would thoroughly recommend the practice.

   I have been very fortunate to have been a client at The Bristol Dental Practice for many years. All the staff at the practice are very friendly, approachable, professional and efficient. A special shout-out to Dr Jane Ali, who is amazing, and also to Dr Adrian Jones, who did a wonderful job on my root canal work this morning. I would 100% recommend this practice, particularly if you feel a little nervous about visiting the Dentist. They will soon put you at ease. Well done to all.

   I've been going to Bristol Dental Practice for over 10 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I was assigned Dr Jane Ali as my dentist, she is lovely and friendly. I see Jill for my hygiene appointments, she's great. I used to see Helen who is also great, I only changed to Jill because I was assigned to her when she joined the practice and then I quickly got used to seeing Jill and I always ask for her now. Everyone I have seen at the practice has made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a wisdom tooth taken out by another dentist (as Dr Ali was away at the time, because of Covid), and he was fab too! (may have been Dr Cochrane but struggling to remember who extracted it for me!). Highly recommended.

   Amazing service. After poor treatment from my NHS dentist I contacted Bristol Dental Practice to repair my fixed retainer. Helen on reception and James the dentist were both so friendly, welcoming and caring. I was only supposed to be there for a quick fix with my retainer but I was so impressed with the service, I've registered as a patient.

   I love this practice, you really do get the VIP treatment when it comes to dental care. My only negative is the prices have gone up dramatically in the last couple of years. A checkup followed by the hygienist care was £90 and now it’s £140. I love going to this practice but the big hikes in prices year after year need to be reigned in.

   Everyone I interacted with was so lovely, I was terrified to visit the dentist as it had been a while but I was totally put at easy by everyone there. It is expensive but I feel that the quality of service and the environment is well worth it. It doesn’t feel like a conveyor belt experience that used to only make me more nervous, it feels tailored and that they are genuinely interested in your feeling and well-being! I am definitely recommending this dentist to my friends and family!
