Amazing dentists very positive experiences, appointments always on time, dentist makes sure they put you at ease. Receptionists are really lovely and helpful, always gives you a warm welcome.
I had an emergency appointment today for my bad tooth. Reception staff was extremely helpful finding me an available time slot. Nurse and dentist were very caring and friendly. The bad tooth was extracted in a minute with minimal discomfort. Thank you all and hope I would not need to come again in near future.
If you value your smile and would like your veneers (two front teeth) to colour match the rest of your mouth, then don’t go to Claire Street Smilepad. Ironically, my girlfriend is now too embarrassed to smile after a poor experience with them that’s resulted in an abscess, a root canal and multiple botch jobs. This is over 3 years which suggests it wasn’t one individuals negligence. They even had the audacity to try and charge for the remedial works and have refused to refund, even after admitting fault and the colour not matching, in writing. Ultimately, there are more competent practitioners out there, so for something as important as your smile, take your business elsewhere.
Visited today for a hygienist appointment. Mel was absolutely amazing. She took the time and care to give me a very thorough clean and explained everything so clearly. The best hygienist I have ever had the pleasure to be seen by.

Cannot even express in words the standard of service I have received at this dentist. I have nothing but positive things to say. The process of registering for an NHS dentist here took around 6 months in total. This is NOT their fault, just a sign of the times. From the bubbly receptionists, to my outstanding dentist, Alison. They are a great team. I am a 40 year old man who is still petrified of the dentist, but right from the start, I discussed this with Alison and she was great. I needed quite a lot of work doing post Lockdown and 1 tooth that I thought was definitely going to be removed was saved. Everyone, it takes time now to register as an NHS patient, please DO NOT take this out on any of the staff, follow their process and it’ll definitely be worth the wait. I cannot rate them enough! Katie is lovely and really gentle. I had a clean with Mr Ali too. He explained what he was going to do, made sure I was ok during the process. I felt a bit iffy at first but I hadn’t had a male dentist in a while so that’s why but it went well.

Booked a hygienist appointment and I mentioned that I have very sensitive teeth, because I told my sensitivity , He rushed me only polishing my front teeth with too much white substance , my cheeks were covered with this white paste. I stop him when he said he can’t remove some of the stains because of my sensitivity. Never clean any where else between my teeth or gum.Mr Shazam Ali was my Hygienist that doing private treatment in the clinic. Very poor explanation too about how he will clean my teeth. Never seen something like that in my whole dental care experience. The cost of the hygiene was 60pounds but when I explained what he did to receptionist they charged me 30 pounds. The receptionist lady was helpful and polite.
