“I had such a great experience here! First of all, all the staff are brilliant! I went to get new glasses and wanted to try contact lenses. Everyone took time to discuss all the options, explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was happening. Jay (I don't know how to spell her name) was my optometrist and she was so great! I felt so at ease with her and she didn't give up to find me the right fit for contact lenses! When it came to finding the right glasses the staff took so much time and care to find what suited me and gave me advice, so that I didn't even feel that I needed to bring someone to help me pick glasses. “Great admin staff, prompt communication following initial enquiries. Staff are very professional, non-judgemental, reassuring and easy to get along with. They offer a wide range of helpful services. Accessible locations, rooms are light and comfortable - and they offer hot drinks! I was anxious about the first appointment but as soon as I met Ewan and noticed the calm, peaceful surroundings I felt quite relaxed. Overall, such a valuable experience and I'd give it 6 stars if that was possible!”
