Attended the clinic for a dislocated and fracture on my little finger. Everyone I encountered was lovely and professional, but I would like to give special thanks to Mario the nurse practitioner for his kind and efficient service. I was in and out of the hospital in a few hours and back to the fringe.
Spent 4hours at this clinic yesterday at ERI with my husband who has dementia. A very kind young doctor dealt with his problem and helped to calm him. When I asked if I could borrow a wheel chair to take my 83 year old husband back to the car he appeared with his jacket on and a wheelchair and took him back to the car for me. He was three quarters of the way through a twelve hour shift but still took the time to help me out. It’s people like him who keep the NHS running not the government. Thank you so much
Fell and sprained my wrist while visiting family in Edinburgh - they brought me to Minor Injuries where I was seen, X-rayed to check for a potential scaphoid fracture, and given a brace all in just over two hours. Considering the place was pretty busy for a Sunday morning, I was very happy with the speed and quality of my treatment and the kindness of each staff member. Thank you very much indeed!

Lovely staff, they are efficient and friendly even though they are so busy! Stitched me up twice in the last couple of years and fitted me in even though it meant them staying back late. Wonderful place!
Ruptured my achilis tendon and had to pay a visit to the hospital. I was seen within 20min and on my way within another 30. All nhs staff were brilliant and I can't fault. So glad we have the nhs in UK.
