Honestly looks like a great place to work, I'm kinda jealous tbh! All staff were very helpful and incredibly friendly. I was seen on time and got some help choosing some glasses. It was a surprise to me that I needed them and I've already recommended my mum comes for a test. Thanks again!

I really feel like a valued customer when I visit Cameron Toll Specsavers. From the minute I arrived until I left, the staff were welcoming, polite, knowledgeable & patient. Things were explained to me while getting my eye exam & a member of staff was so helpful while choosing my new spectacles. A great service.

Top marks for the manager and staff taking the tests. But zero stars for pushy attempted sale of expensive glasses plus add ons. TL:DR: Don't buy glasses right after getting your prescription if its your first pair. They won't say but low prescriptions likely don't help, and reading glasses aren't ideal for computer screens (if your have the screen at the correct distance), wait till prescription is stronger. Do some research and try a very cheap pair first to see if wearing them actually helps before spending ££'s. ------------------------- There didn't seem to be any question that I'd need to start wearing glasses now my prescription had increased. It would be my first ever pair so asked for the cheapest just to see if it was really needed given its a very mild prescription (had increased slightly from few years ago). Guy pushed for expensive titanium frames due to light weight for first timer, and pushed hard for all the coatings etc. Seller became visibly bristled after I forcefully declined the 'anti-glare' add-on for the 5th time.... its more than the cost of the cheap glasses I insisted on! And after trying them to work at a computer - was the entire conversation with the sales person about why I might want glasses - it turns out the distance of the computer screen is too far for low prescription reading glasses to help. They should not have sold them, so I am glad I pushed away from Titanium range starting at £130

The service is always really good, the staff in all areas were friendly and very good with my young child. The selection of frames is great too, my child and I both always find something we like. The location is convenient right in Cameron Toll, good parking.

Huge thanks to the team at Specsavers Cameron Toll! I lost a nose pad and they quickly identified the model, replaced it with a new pair, and did it all free of charge. The staff were polite, efficient, and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience getting my eyes tested and getting new glasses. Staff went above and beyong to make sure eyesight was properly investigated and then were of great help when helping me with glasses, too!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Staff walking around doing next to nothing. Spoke to staff to let them know My daughter was there for an appointment, she had photos taken of the back of her eyes then over an hour of people coming in after us being seen before us , spoke to a member of staff who apologised for not knowing we where there even though every one of them at some point had walked past us, and daughter had had photos done of eyes! So that for a start was lies, have used specsavers for many years and this shop is by far the worst customer service yet. Will be reverting back to my old specsavers shop which is further away but much more child friendly, and where the staff know how to smile!
