   I’ve come out of town, travelled from London for the day for work and was very nervous about finding a gym to roll at. David is one of the kindest coaches I’ve met. Him the and teams at Osprey are super friendly and welcoming. Don’t let there niceness fool you though, they are all absolute killers on the mat when rolling. Great technique, speed and sharpness when executing moves and it makes sense with the way David breaks down each position in such details. The sequences shown were brilliant. I would highly highly recommend this gym to train at

   Great gym, friendly relaxed atmosphere with like minded people of all ages and abilities. It can be as hard core or as relaxed as you need it to be. I also take both my children, which they love. Coaching is of a very high standard and with the new timetable there’s plenty of options for classes throughout the week. Would highly recommend.

   The best thing I ever did! Been 4 and half years now and genuinely look forward to every class. A great coach and great bunch of guys who have all become great friends. The classes suit all from beginner to advanced with striking and fitness class now included too! The whole family now goes! Ask questions, make mistakes and learn every day. You will be as addicted as the rest of us!

   I agree with 2023 Mike's comments above, and would just add that the club is now at Loanhead / Straiton in its own dedicated facilities, so there are more classes on offer now - gi and no-gi jiu jitsu, striking, kids classes. I've definitely got the bug now and highly recommend the club. There's a good mix of experience levels, ages, men and women, big and small - everyone is made to feel very welcome. - 2024 Mike
