   My experience with my dentist was amazing he was very professional and kind and I didn't have any pain during the procedure however I had another appointment due and unfortunately had to cancel 4 days before my appointment due to a funeral and receptionist was very judgemental about it and told me I was wasting NHS resources, I apologized a lot as I felt bad after what she said but she just said whatever, i don't feel like anyone should make you feel bad for missing an appointment no matter the reason.

   This place is fantastic. 10 out of 10! I am an incredibly nervous patient so I was sent here for teeth to be extracted under sedation. The clinic is clean and receptionists have always been polite, friendly and helpful. The assistant dental nurses are very friendly and sympathetic and always have a smile on their face. Lynn who was the dentist was so lovely, kind, understanding and professional. She put me at ease immediately as she was incredibly empathetic and compassionate which is very important when you are nervous. Having someone understand your fears and sympathise makes a HUGE difference when you are feeling absolutely terrified. I had teeth removed and I didn't feel a thing which is exactly what you want. I need to go back again to get more teeth removed and I won't be dreading it this time because I know that I'm in the best hands possible and the procedure is fairly quick and comfortable. I've been scared to go to the dentist for years and my teeth have suffered the consequences because of it. Thanks to this place I'm finally at the start of my dental journey and getting my teeth fixed! I can't thank the staff and Lynn enough for being so kind and understanding. Thank you Bonnyrigg Dental Centre. You guys are amazing!

   Extremely rude receptionist. Phoned to ask if they are taking on nhs patients and was met with a very blunt and extremely sarcastic response. Apparently a specialist dentist...it doesn't say that anywhere on their website or when you google Bonnyrigg dentists. So perhaps take some time to update your marketing and promotion materials as these calls obviously annoy you that much.

   Had a wisdom tooth extraction here. The staff are really brilliant. They're very reassuring and professional. I have had bad experiences before with dentists but everyone here is great.

   Went there twice. Underseditated both times. Felt and remembered the dental work being done both times, which never happens with me. Second time, they left bits of metal in my mouth, which I could have choked on. Embarrassing practice.
