   I’ve had a great experience with Jenny and Karen. They’re always incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that they offer clear preventative advice and treatment options without any pressure to go ahead with anything unless I want to. Any work I’ve had done has been absolutely perfect, and I genuinely feel well cared for every visit. Highly recommend!

   Have been a customer for several years here. The newer management have improved on what was already a very high standard of service. All staff are very personable and accommodating. Have had a fair amount of work on my teeth in the time I have been here - everything has been comfortable, and built to last. The only time an adjustment was needed after a filling, it was fixed more or less as soon as I mentioned it. The calm and gentle approach, which the staff have across the board, helps a lot.

   My experience at Polwarth Dental Clinic has been excellent. After many years without dental care, I was advised to go to this place and I have not regretted it, just the opposite. Ross and Karen are very professional and very patient with me, and I am very satisfied with what they have done with my teeth and their suggestion about what I should follow after the treatment.    I have been having my teeth taken care of by Dr MacEachen for over 20 years. I travel from New York City twice a year because I know the expertise of this practice is far superior than anything I can get in the United States. Highly recommend to anyone!

   Great dentist with experience, reception staff and assistants are lovely and professional. All dental plan was explained to me clearly and estimate is given in advance each visit so I know what to expect. Practice itself looks great too, clean and cosy looking. It’s such a difference to my previous experience when I would feel rushed, job was done but very little explained. I appreciated guide on how to properly brush, I feel like since changing my method my gums improved and teeth are less sensitive.

   Cannot recommend this dentist enough! After explaining that getting dental treatment makes me nervous due to a bad past experience, they did a fantastic job reassuring me and even played some ACDC for me after asking my favourite band. Staff were extremely friendly and did a great job on my tooth that needed fixed quick.

   There are not enough stars to review this clinic. I have had the best treatment from William and Xandra, who are the most understanding, welcoming and caring perfectionist professionals. The clinic is very clean and have the friendliest receptionists who dealt with my emergency appointment efficiently. I had the best experience through out the treatment and I could not recommend this clinic enough. I am so glad I have found dentists I can trust finally! I have never wanted to go back to the dentist so much. Thank you to all the staff!
