   Outstanding dental care. The team was courteous and efficient, Neeraj provided clear explanations throughout my once yearly dental implant review in a professional, caring and compassionate way. I also highly recommend Abdul, dental hygienist who provided a very thorough examination, whilst being friendly, reassuring and providing completely pain free work, also gave me flossing tips on cleaning dental implants. For anyone seeking quality treatment I highly recommend.

   Posting is NOT from Eve Jones but there does not seem any way to change the name. Measurement/Cleaning seemed fine. Unfortunately, I suffered from toothache from the following day for several days. Also, the top of my mouth was so tender that I could only eat soft food without pain.

   I went to Integrated Dental Care after becoming seriously unwell from a previous mercury filling replacement that was done without proper safety precautions. That experience made me realise mercury could be a key factor in my long-term chronic fatigue, which has kept me from being able to work for over ten years. I found this clinic through the IAOMT website, where Dr Neeraj Puri used to be listed as SMART-certified. The team appeared to follow the SMART protocol correctly, using nasal oxygen, a rubber dam, high-volume extraction, and a binder. Before proceeding, however, Dr Puri required infection treatment first (two rounds of laser cleaning) and later prioritised several additional procedures that weren’t the reason I came. These were priced substantially higher than at other reputable Edinburgh clinics, and, my (big) mistake, I didn’t check prices elsewhere at the time. Presumably this prioritisation was simply because they aren't used to dealing with patients experiencing first-world poverty, but the effect was that my attention and limited funds were drawn away from the treatment I felt I most needed, delaying it by one full year. After the removal, and despite the precautions taken, my health declined sharply. I went from managing twelve hours of work a week to being unable to work at all, and I eventually had to leave my job, which then made it much harder to fund competent healthcare and continue recovering. Verdict: competent technical work, but potentially misplaced priorities and high ancillary costs.

   I visited the practice for the first time and was seen by Dr Vera. Her patience, kindness and professionalism was outstanding. I was feeling quite anxious due to a recent negative experience at another dentist and she made me feel safe and comfortable and I’m incredibly grateful. This will definitely be my new dental practice going forward

   I want to say a massive thank you to Neeraj, Aimee, and everyone at Integrated Dentalcare! ❤️ Over two years ago, I noticed one of my gums had suddenly become very high. Before finding this amazing practice, I tried three others in the area — each gave me a different diagnosis without doing any proper tests. It was incredibly frustrating, and I thought there was no solution for me. After reading the great reviews for Integrated Dentalcare, I decided to give them a try… and I’m so happy I did! From the moment I met Neeraj and his team, I knew I was in the right place. Two and a half years later, my treatment is complete, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re an anxious patient, please don’t worry, so am I!! They were incredibly kind and understanding throughout. They really adapt to your needs. I’m just so glad I finally found my dental practice!

   When I moved to Edinburgh I chose Integrated Dentalcare because I was looking for a dentist who specialised in mercury filling removal. Dr Neeraj did a fantastic job. Dr Allan has straightened my teeth and fixed all wear. I have been with the practice for 10 years and they have always been exemplary in their approach and treatments. The clinic is very calm. The reception is very friendly and quick to deal with bookings. I highly recommend Integrated Dentalcare.

   I had a very successful dental implant from Integrated Dentalcare in 2022. I was impressed by the quality of treatment by Neeraj and his team. They appear to have the latest, high tech equipment. There was a good explanation at each stage of the process and I would highly recommend them for this treatment.

   I can't recommend Integrated Dentalcare enough - go private it is100% worth it, with immediate treatment and affordable. I have had a very troublesome tooth recently, requiring the input from Neeraj, Allan and Louise, my dentist - all excellent and each with their unique and invaluable expertise. Lovely, lovely people, everyone included, from the dentists to the hygienists to the super reception staff. Oh, yes, and lovely reception lounge with beautiful music...P.S. my very troublesome tooth is on the mend and making my mouth smile again!

   When I first met Allan it was because I had been told by a colleague of his in the same practice that after routine dental health had been taken care of, Allan was the man to ‘improve things’. Up until then I had never thought of myself as a candidate for cosmetic /restorative dentistry. I had absolutely no idea what lay ahead but as I’m in my seventies anything that might be an improvement was worth going for. And Allan has a quiet confidence that is infectious and I believed he could indeed ‘ improve things’. I knew I didn’t want a Hollywood-style smile of perfectly even brilliant white piano keys. Previously I hadn’t thought of restorative dentistry as being an art form but I know now that it is just that – an art form. Over the weeks and months Allan worked to move my teeth to give me a near perfect bite and a still natural looking evenness. Then built up as appropriate with a shade that is notable and very natural looking. It’s a challenge to express just what a difference Allan’s dental artistry has made to me, to my life, to my confidence. I know when I am told I look much younger than my 77 years it is in very large part due to the way my teeth look strong and healthy and yet very much my own. Not a hint that they have been in fact created by an artist. Heartfelt thanks to you Allan for your vision, your execution of that vision, and all your work and attention to the fine detail I know is involved, as well as for the fun and laughter I had with you and your team during the process.

   Dr Allan Matthews is honestly the nicest dentist you could ask for, I went years without going to a dentist after bad previous experiences that had made me anxious to go back, but I found integrated dental during the pandemic to have my wisdom tooth removed and I’ve genuinely never felt worried about going to the dentist since. Dr Matthews listened to my concerns and instead of brushing me off, he has straightened my teeth and made me feel much more confident when I smile. I couldn’t recommend him or the rest of the team more, they’ve went above and beyond to fit appointments around my schedule and make me feel completely as ease every time.
