I've been going to Stuart Steven dental for a number of years. The level of care and experience/ expertise they have is excellent. When talking to me or explaining things they take their time and really engage. This means alot to me. They also have done some excellent dental work for me. I think they are probably the best I could hope for.
3 months now at the practice. Highly recommend Stuart and his associates. Always made to feel welcome. Moved from different dentists and feel like I’ve now found the right fit for me. Hygienist Lois is fabulous. Happy patient
Having been a patient here for years it’s a difficult decision to see a new dentist following Robbie’s departure overseas but I feel confident that the staff have everything under control. As usual it was lovely to see the staff on the desk again!

Great practice. As a previously nervous patient Mischa and Robbie really got me over my nerves and provided complete hassle free treatment. Their focus on removing any nerves and explaining every step is first class. Would recommend.
My dentist Cameron is lovely. He is professional and explains things well. I trust him. However I find the reception staff to be really rude. I asked the receptionist to give me a choice of appointments that were before 9 or after 430 because of work and she kept sighing at me and then aggressively said to me that I was asking for the appointments that everybody wants. Presumably that’s because people work! When my husband arrived for his appointment, he told the other receptionist his name and she didn’t even look at him and just said “not for another ten minutes”. He was aware he was early! He was just giving his name! On another visit we asked if we could book in for our next check ups and again were met with aggression and incredulity. They told us they’d text us a reminder nearer the time so we could phone and make an appointment then. That’s fine - we simply didn’t know that. We were just asking. I feel that the atmosphere in reception is unwelcoming and hostile. You’re made to feel like a nuisance for asking them to do basic things like make you an appointment. If it wasn’t for how much I rate Cameron I wouldn’t be continuing as a patient here.
