   I must congratulate the staff at this branch as they were so helpful and considerate to my wife and myself when we attended the branch to have our eyes tested. They were so cheerful while working under challenging conditions due to the absence of many of the shops at Ocean Terminal,I hope you retain this quality of staff in all your branches.

   Contacted this opticians on 21/08/2022 and spoke to a member of staff who had recently just started which was really polite and tried to help as much as he could when I asked to order some contact lenses, was advised they were very short staffed but they would be ordered and I could collect some trials until the other ones arrived and I asked if I could be sent a text of confirmation which I was advised that would be done. However no text so I went along the next day to the store which was closed due to staffing issues so then called the day after to be greeted by a very rude optician which clearly wasn't interested by the sounds of it, he told me he wasn't sure if they were ordered, when I asked about the trial lenses I was told he would have a look but the family member that the lenses are for had glasses anyway and they would contact me when they find out if they have then today or tomorrow after telling me they are short staffed again and hung up the phone. I completely understand people are short staffed but people need there contacts to go to work and see on a daily basis so just to be treated like that because they are short staffed is unacceptable and there customer service skills are absolutely shocking. Very disappointed vision express.

   Optician was fabulous. Store staff not so much. The young boy spent most of his time eating crisps and confectionery on the shop floor. Not a professional look at all. He did not possess very good customer skills but as I said he is young so hopefully with the right training this will improve.

   Cameron was first to welcome me into the store. He is always a joy to deal with and has great taste and a great eye for the frames that will suit me. I always feel vulnerable with glasses on but everytine I visit he makes it easy for me. He is the reason I keep returning to your store. Sarah make the actual eye exam fly past and is always the first to give you encouragement and keep you right. She is always happy to answer any of my questions too. Vision Express are lucky to employ such wonderful staff.

   Absolutely top service from the staff. All of them very attentive and professional. However they charge an overprice to glaze your own frame (£ 69) which I find very high considering I did not find anything I liked in between the stock they had. I've got offered a 20% discount which is appreciated. Overall satisfactory, I still recommend the shop.

   Always come back to this store, completely due to the staff. Sarah has looked after my eye tests since regaining my sight, Ross looks after the glasses side and always picks the perfect frames. He was assisted by Cameron this time, first time meeting him and he did a great job of my eye health tests and getting me set up with lenses for the frames. Can’t recommend this store highly enough, the staff are kind, attentive and so helpful.
