Medication never ready, lost orders. For so much staff you think you could get the orders right once in a while.
Don’t go near them , never have the medicine on the prescription , you can wait upto 2 weeks on certain items , all they say is the warehouse can’t get it. Shocking communication, especially if life saving medicine. Iv checked other chemists to see if there was a problem with certain medicines, they said no . My advice , go elsewhere

Negative experience. Booked a vaccine. Turned up early… when the sales clerk prompted the pharmacist she replied “No.” I said sorry? The pharmacist who does the vaccines is on holiday. She said I tried to call you (no missed call from any number) you had to press a button to leave a voicemail so I didn’t. That makes sense… So I have multiple issues here. Why if the pharmacist who does the vaccines is on holiday for two weeks isn’t the option blocked out? Why have I no record of a missed call? And why would a qualified pharmacist not feel qualified to press a button in order or leave a voicemail… just for the record my voicemail isn’t set up like that, so I suppose I have another issue. Dishonesty. I can’t stomach liars. What a complete waste of time… and did they issue a refund there and then? Of course not, I’m still waiting on it but eight phone calls later to head office and still no answer so I am left thinking this is poor joke but maybe you are thinking all this would have been smoothed over if they had apologised at the time… zero apology offered.
Local pharmacy good for picking up priscriptions etc.
Wife been trying to call several times during the day and having the on hold music, no one answer. I drive to the chemist and find out it's closed on holiday. Why not have a message on the phone to say it's on holiday. Would save the hassle of today.
went to collect medication asked about flu jab and offered the next morning must have phoned nhs ten times to make an appointment as per instruction letter, good service the most efficient chemist in lochgelly.
Very helpful, good advice, gave valuable assistance when medication had run out.
