“The team at Spec Savers were very detailed and friendly. From the time i got there to when i left, i was attended to warmly. They were very patient, answered all my questions and most importantly, the helped with a detailed explanation of my OCT scan. If that does not warrant a 10/10, i honestly don't know what is. I am extremely satisfied and i am confident a lot of visitors feel the same way.”

“Welcoming and knowledgeable staff throughout my visit, I had photos ,scans and a field test on arrival and then a sight test carried out by the optometrist/optician, my results were explained to me fully and I was shown the photos and scans. I need my prescription changed and I also wanted new frames so I was introduced to a member of staff who could assist me to choose. I took up the option of spending a little more on frames and getting a second pair free,, which I had the option of having as sunglasses either prescription or normal I then had some measurement taken and I chose which lenses I wanted, tint on the sunglasses and other lenses to suit my lifestyle. I paid and made an appointment to collect/ have my new pairs of glasses fitted. Overall a great experience.”

Maria gave me excellent advice and helped me to explore all the options to make sure I got the best results, both aesthetically and for the long-term health of my teeth and jaw. He has a reassuring manner, keeps you informed of each procedure and it's purpose, is very thorough and gives the treatment required (doesn't give and charge for unnecessary treatment). He is fantastic with children and takes a genuine interest in his clients. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff are friendly and helpful. A top practice.”

Really straight forward getting an appointment and very friendly. I feel my feet have had a proper MOT. I'll go back again if I get any feet issues in the future”
