   I can’t recommend this dentist enough used for many years as did myself and my family before they left home. I am moving but will commute back to this dentist as always the best treatment and supportive attitude. I first went to the dentist in the 70s where you were lucky to get painkiller before the drill and told to be strong, as a result I have trauma from those times. Harriet was amazing today yet another awesome dentist at this practice who gave me the most comfortable filling ever and a very lovely reception team :-)

   I am absolutely petrified of the dentist...But my dentist and the whole team have been brilliant, i am here as an NHS patient. I have lots of mental health conditions and they have reassured me and helped me to feel so comfortable. Everyone in the practice has been so respectful, helpful and so accommodating to my high needs. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone...especially people who are nervous or has additional needs. I cannot Thank the whole team enough for all they have an continue to do to help support me under there care. Never did I ever think I would be sat writing a review about a dentist let alone giving them 5 stars and telling people to go there. But this practice has totally changed my view on dentists. Big big Thank you

   Can only be described as apathetic at best Called the surgery for an emergency appointment to be told 3 to 4 weeks to even register and told to ring 111 for an emergency dentist to then be told this surgery was my nearest emergency contact !! called back and was met with what can only be described as non interested can’t be bothered and loads of excuses by Jane, the receptionist that can only say no with no empathy or alternative suggestions. disgraceful and disappointing

   Very disappointed with the customer service and first appointment didn’t even bother to do an X-ray and was still expected to pay full price. Have been contacting the dentist for two months saying some will get back to me but still nothing. Not really acceptable.

   I went on this morning at 7.45 in a lot of pain, totally on spec. They don't even open until 8, but the door was open! I was seen immediately by one of the dentists and have come away pain free. An absolute result. I could not have lasted any longer with the pain I was in. This is fairly typical of these guys. This is a superb dental practice.

   Since having an accident at the beginning of May and loosing my top 4 front teeth the care given has been fantastic. From having my lip sewn up by both Adam and Paul and now finally having my 4 tooth implanted bridge in place. Adam who has be doing the implants, has been most gentle and caring and although not best part of my life I am now at the end of the process. I would also like to thank their dental nurse assistants who have also been terrific. Thanks to all. Robert Pinniger
