    I would absolutely recommend Frampton Dental and particularly Mr Frederico Zanutto and his dental nurse. I recently had to have a very large fillling replaced that risked loosing the tooth. He carefully explained it all to me and went to great pains (no pun intended) to check I was OK through the treatment - topping up my anaesthetic when I felt it a bit. Bravo and many thanks! Just had another filling replaced by Mr Frederico Zanutto - again Frederico was brilliant, no pain and very considerate to my fear of drilling, regularly checking I was pain-free as he did the filling. I would absolutely recommend him and the Framton Dental Practice. Many Thanks Frederico! I'm at an age when I now get metal fatigue on 40 year old fillings rather than tooth decay. Again I saw Federico for a filling replacement and he was again brilliant - no pain and very patient to ensure the local anaesthetic had taken. Similarly his nurse (apologies I can't remember her name) was excellent to put me at ease. Again many thanks to the Frampton dental team!

    If I could get this Dental Practice 10 stars, I would They are unbelievably amazing I cannot fault one single thing the reception staff go above and beyond. I honestly cannot thank them enough. I’ve got a lot of ongoing issues and I really feel like this. Dental Practice is there for me especially Jamie. Absolutely fantastic.

    Wonderful dental practice. Friendly, and very kindly accommodate to my anxiety, playing the music I like during every checkup. My first visit was an extremely complicated surgery, which my dentist (Rami) was finding difficult as the tooth was not coming out, alonside being very close to a sinus. He stayed long after closing hours to get the tooth out, and when all else failed, he called one of the lovelist dentists from their sister practice (Dimitri), and he drove all the way over to Frampton to assist in the removal, which eventually got it out. Every visit is a lovely experience. I could not fault them any time!

    Shocking service and lack of care. I was due to have dentures fitted on the first day of lockdown. Never happened which I understood. From then, received no contact whatsoever and was unable to get any response by phone. Tried emailing, again no response. By this time my old denture was causing damage to my remaining teeth, causing three to break. When I finally made contact I was told that my dentist had left, and NHS appointments were no longer carried out. Basically I’d have to start from square one. I would have been perfectly prepared to pay privately and did so elsewhere. Now I’m getting reminders to book for my check up…there would have been no teeth left to check if I’d left it to you!!

    Went today to see Rami to have a tooth removed and my new denture fitted. Got to say he made me feel at ease and talked all the way through what he was going to do. Very professional all round. Great team. Come on wales

    Rami has taken the time to inform me concerning all aspects of my new β€˜bridge’ replacement tooth, and allayed my fears, by his professionalism. He is very friendly and listens to my worries. In addition the dental nurses and people on reception are friendly and keen to help. Thank you all.

    I'm very happy with the work Rami carried out recently. I feel so pleased and more confident with the appearance of my teeth now that I've had a filling in a front tooth. It really is as good as new! I found the reception staff all cheerful, and Rami and his nurse very pleasant and professional.

    Had two fillings by Rami Hassan after explaining that dental treatment is not my favourite pastime. He was very kind and considerate and explained all the treatment that was being done. Also the dental nurse Jane was very supportive and kind. A pain-free experience.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment on Monday 3rd October for a filling with Federico Zanutto. I have no complaints in regards to him or the filling, however the dental assistant has damaged and cut my gums. During the procedure my mouth was numb so I didn’t feel any pain, however I could feel the dental nurse pushing the suction tube into the inside of my gum. As the numbing wore off I could feel a number of small cuts in my mouth, they became very painful as the week went on. By Thursday I could no longer eat solid foods so I decided to phone Frampton Dental to get some advice. The person on the phone was helpful and assured me they would pass it onto a manager. By Saturday the pain was unbearable, I was having to use numbing gel to talk and drink. Today (Monday 10th) the pain is nowhere near as severe, however it is still hurting to eat on occasion. I have emailed and had a conversation with Frampton Dental, however the lack of help I have received is shocking. I have had a week of unnecessary and unacceptable pain. As a result, I can confidently say I will never be returning to Frampton Dental. Edit as response: I would have had to have paid Β£40 for the appointment you booked me so the dentist could examine the damage caused by the assistant. This is after already paying over Β£100 for the initial exam and filling. I do not believe this is an appropriate resolution and I expressed this on the phone. I was not rude, the receptionist was over speaking me when I was trying to talk. You have not taken this seriously at all and have offered the bare minimum to help and have even asked that i pay for for the "help" you are offering. The fact Frampton dental is rated 2* is very telling of the service provided.

    #update!! Wow what a difference a year can make! Awful Awful Awful. Asked them outright if they were going private and I was assured they were not, only to receive an email a month later saying they were and payments have increased dramatically. I kept my follow up appointment anyway because the filling I was given needs sorting out only to receive a text message one week before my appointment saying "sorry we've cancelled your appointment". The WORSE customer service considering I have been coming here for 35 years! Receptionists that ignore the phone when you're stood outside for your appointment, rude and ignorant! All your staff have jumped ship. You should be ashamed of the way you have run it into the ground. Thanks for nothing Frampton and goodbye. Really friendly surgery who are especially good with nervous patients.
