“We cannot recommend Mrs Gordon and her team enough. From start to finish they have been professional, friendly and so caring. It was a difficult situation to be in admitting that you have fertility issues but we are so glad that we were lucky enough to choose the private route after experiencing long NHS waiting lists. We have our beautiful baby boy, who is now 2 who is happy & thriving in life and we have now just been successful using one of our frozen eggs, in adding to our family. “Had a wonderful expierence at the clinic yesterday! Had gone in for 2 hours and was greated with the lovely receptionist who was able to explain to me what would happen, which calmed me as I can get quite anxious with most things health related. My expirience with Jaylei and Sarah was nothing short of amazing, such lovely people, very informative and happy to answer all of my questions. All in all, amazing at their jobs! The staff is very nice, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, the doctors and nurses are do everything to the patient safety, they do their work with the utmost expertise, precision and care, and the patient really comes first to them. “I can’t recommend Elena and her team highly enough. From my very first consultation, Elena was warm, professional, and instantly put me at ease. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted, and it was clear straight away that I was in safe hands. On the day of surgery, the whole team, from Elena to the nurses to reception, were fantastic. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and reassuring. “I cannot thank the whole team enough. At the start of this journey I was a very nervous patient with a fear of all things medical, but I was determined that I wanted to be a mum. The whole team have been nothing but supportive and caring throughout. From the moment I stepped through the door of every appointment Kat was the most warming welcome. Always knowing me, my partner and our situation (as well as my favourite drink ready to be made!). Emily guided us through all my medication and explained where we were at in the journey expertly, answering my 101 questions and reassuring me that I was doing great. “I have wanted facelift surgery for a very long time. Mr Lee was recommended to me I am so glad he was. At my initial consultation everything was explained, I was so excited. As my surgery was performed under general anesthetic it was carried out at the Chesterfield hospital. Everyone there were so kind and caring. I stayed overnight. I am now nearly 3 weeks post op I am just so happy with the result so far even though I have not finished healing. I cried when I saw the difference after only a few weeks. “I was discharged yesterday from ward 76room A (Maria Amores Barrero). I had a fantastic experience with the staff there, they were all lovely and really made an stressful and emotional experience much better. I specially was impressed with Michelle and Harry (I believe they are both support workers). They had so much empathy and love to give to both mums and babies, you have no idea how much you help. Additionally I crossed paths with an Spanish worker called Maria that was supporting patients with documents, surveys, meals and general wellbeing and she was also fantastic, sad I couldn’t say bye.
