   I had the most amazing experience having surgery by Elena and the team. The Bristol location is stunning, almost spa like, with a mix cutting edge medical technology and hotel style finishes. The care from the nursing staff was second to none, everyone is so kind and professional, right down to Carolyn on reception, who makes you feel immediately comfortable. Elena is simply incredible and truly knows her craft. During my first consultation I had saved a couple of pictures of her work that I thought might suit me and before I could show them Elena pointed out the very same pictures. She truly knows what will work with your shape and frame and your expectations. I had a breast uplift with reduction following massive weight loss and the results are simply incredible and continue to get better. Im almost six months post op and the shape and minimal scarring continue to amaze me. Elena is also very empathetic. I chose her for the incredible results and testaments id seen online, not because she was a woman however, it definitely made a difference talking about my issues with someone who can truly understand. Having breast surgery with Elena is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It genuinely has been life changing for me. I will be booking a tummy tuck for 2026 and would not consider any other surgeon.

   I had such a great experience with Elena and her team. After a lot of research, I had a strong gut instinct at my consultation that she was the surgeon for me, and I was right. Her skill and the dedication and care the staff provided was impeccable throughout the process of my surgery and recovery. The hospital in Bristol is luxurious and I had a genuinely lovely stay. Still thinking about the cheesecake. I'm still healing from my breast surgery 3 months ago, but the results are exactly as I'd hoped, and it's amazing to see them healing and looking better all the time. I have been super impressed by the aftercare - I've had regular check ups, and when I have had any concerns, I've messaged the surgery and heard back from Elena very soon after. While it's a big decision to have cosmetic surgery, if you have decided that it is right for you, I can absolutely recommend Elena as your surgeon.

   I can’t recommend Elena and her team highly enough. From my very first consultation, Elena was warm, professional, and instantly put me at ease. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted, and it was clear straight away that I was in safe hands. On the day of surgery, the whole team, from Elena to the nurses to reception, were fantastic. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and reassuring. I stayed overnight after the procedure, and I have to give a special mention to Rose, one of the nurses, who went above and beyond. She was kind, attentive and genuinely caring. I never once felt like I had to wait for help, she was always there, checking in and making sure I was comfortable. The clinic itself is modern and in excellent condition, which gave me a lot of confidence. And most importantly, the results of the surgery have exceeded my expectations. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I'd rate it 11 out of 10! If you are considering surgery, I would recommend Elena without hesitation. She is outstanding at what she does, and the level of care from her and the team was exceptional.

   Elena is a complete expert in her field. Having had plastic surgery (breast augmentation) with her a couple of years ago, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and they’ve healed perfectly and are more amazing than I ever could’ve imagined. I considered my surgeon very carefully and took over 6 months to decide, attending many different consultations and Elena was the best by far. I would recommend her to anyone.

   I had a breast reduction and uplift in July 2022. I booked my consultation with Elena in November 2021 and upon meeting Elena I felt very comfortable and believed that she genuinely cared about my case and wanted to help me feel more confident about myself. I told Elena's team that I wanted to wait until Elena's Bristol Clinic opened up as I did not want to travel for my surgery. I was told the new facility would be opened in summer 2022 but then this was delayed until December 2022 so I ended up booking my surgery at The London Welbeck Hospital. My second consultation with Elena was surprisingly only a few weeks before my surgery. There was a mixup with my appointment and I had to wait over an hour before Elena could see me, it did seem to be a reoccurring theme that I was never invited into my appointment on time but I understand these things happen. Only 2 days before my surgery, Elena's team advised me that my GP hadn't responded to them regarding whether they had any concerns with my mental health. Because of this, Elena's team arranged for a call from an external company (at my expense - which thankfully I ended up not having to pay for) for them to ask me some questions and confirm I am mentally competent. This was extremely stressful for me as I was already dealing with pre-surgery nerves and I was confused as to why it was left so late. I was worried that my surgery was going to be cancelled. Surgery day.. Elena came into my room and reassured me, what I like most about Elena is how calming and confident she is, which put my mind at ease. Elena met with me before I was discharged. After I got home from my surgery I emailed and called Elena's team several times to ask general questions, voiced my concerns etc. and in the first 4 weeks or so they never made me feel like I was a burden and were always happy to help. I do believe Elena's team could benefit from a 24/7 number as they only work weekday office hours. There were some things I wanted to ask them that weren't necessary emergencies but that I didn't feel like would be right to wait for days for a response. At my first wound check up I was told that my Mum would need to change my dressings every 5 days. This was a complete surprise as I do not remember being told that this would need to happen. It made my Mum very nervous as she is not familiar with surgery wounds and didn't want to make a mistake or cause an issue. I do believe that this information would have been useful before I paid my deposit for surgery. I do think that Elena is an incredible surgeon who is very talented and compassionate. I cannot imagine anyone else being my surgeon and am very happy with my results thus far. I haven't had any openings or complications and I believe that's because Elena did an amazing job and I have followed her advice.

Elena was brilliant she was very informative, gave me realistic expectations while making sure I had everything I wanted out of surgery. The hospital was clean and the nurses were lovely. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Having new breasts has boosted my confidence so much, I’m so greatful.

   I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am with the results after my breast reduction surgery with Elena. For about 3 years a breast reduction was something that I really wanted as I lacked confidence, didn't feel happy within myself and I was suffering with severe back and shoulder pain. Eventually when I plucked up the courage, my parents and I discussed it and arranged a consultation with Elena, from the minute I met her and saw her work I knew I trusted her, I felt reassured about the whole procedure. I had numerous meetings with Elena before the procedure and she made me feel really comfortable with everything as it was and still is my first ever operation. It is now just over two weeks on from my operation and I am so happy with the results, I finally feel confident and not only have i noticed it but all my family and friends have as well. It was the best decision I have ever made and I am so grateful for Elena and her team for making it happen and being so supportive along the way:) I would 1000% recommend Elena.
