I also appreciated the follow up call from her a few days later to see how I was getting on and whether I had any post op concerns to date. Excellent care from start (contact with the efficient secretaries) to finish.”

All the nurses, doctors, embryologists, receptionists - everyone was kind, understanding & informative, and the clinic itself is a welcoming place. We had one round of ICSI IVF and two embryo transfers, the second being successful. The process was really quick once we got started, I know the timings depend very much on the patients and how busy the clinic is etc. so maybe we just got lucky, but I was pregnant within 9 months of our first appointment. It's a strange situation to find yourself in, we were advised to take it one step at a time which was the best advice, and I was always made to feel comfortable.
