They were totally professional and friendly which obviously helped with my wife who had been a nurse for 40 years. “After years of suffering in silence, I first met Mr.El-Gizawy as a inpatient. He explained to me that I have adenomyosis and endometriosis, and asked me how i felt about having a robotic hysterectomy. His presence was very calming, and my anxiety levels dropped virtually straight away. I am now 10 weeks on from my hysterectomy & salpingo oophorectomy, and this amazing man has changed my life. “moved to this surgery about a year ago, and luckily I’ve only needed to book appointments for my baby a couple of times — but both times they’ve gotten us in extremely quickly and have been amazing. Compared to my old doctors, where I had lots of issues, I honestly don’t have a single complaint about this place. The AI phone system can be a bit annoying, but today when I said it was an emergency and asked to speak to staff, it put me straight through to reception and I had an appointment within 30 minutes.
