    After years of being told I was just experiencing painful periods and resigning myself to this and learning to live with it, finally someone listened and validated everything that I was saying. He actually listened, explained options along with asking what I wanted, the empathy that Mr Misra shows to his patients is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Never loose that bedside manner!

    disgraceful lier, changed my face to face appointment for telephone (9th Aug 2022) and never called me whole day BUT it notes put that I have not attended, about which only found out this year (Sept 2024) when was at Stoke Hospital ENT and looked at my records with nurse. He never follow up anything, never cared or listen and only now other doctors are following up and everything is 'fast tracked' and I suffer . Shame on you Mr Gourab Misra, shame on you!
