“This practice has been a godsend. We were forced to move GP some 7 years ago and I was anxious about the move on behalf of my elderly mother who was so used to her old GP practice. Dr Henderson was the first Dr we met and to date we have had nothing but topnotch care from her, Dr MacNeill and others. I love that they always take time to explain issues around your health to help you understand what's going on. It's never hard to get an appointment and reception staff are relatively easy to deal with, perhaps the odd strained conversation but it's not an easy job they have so I prefer to show a bit of understanding. Definitely turned out to be a change for the best.”

Dr Bradnock & Dr McMillan performed a 5 hour surgery on me due to placenta previa and other complications. From the get go they were honest & comforting & made me laugh. I trusted them and the amazing anaesthetist with the moustache and gynaecologist David was amazing I’ve never felt more safe and taken care of in my whole life. Me and my premature 4lb baby was discharged 5 days later after 2 in high dependency. Amazing midwives too. Would never fault this hospital.”

“Though the years I have had several IPL and Lazer treatments all personally carried out by Amanda . I trust her implicitly and I know that she really knows and understands Skin issues . “Dr Meggs was a beautiful person as well as a great doctor. I came to the practice in 2007 from Glasgow with complex medical condition. I saw Dr Meggs on my second visit and found her firm and as I thought at the time a little detached and unapproachable. That option changed quickly after my second visit and subsequent visits. She had obviously took time to get to know my history and took time to listen and was extremely wise and helpful. Just before she went off sick I almost died in ITU and was in hospital for 12 weeks she asked my husband every time she saw him How I was. When next I saw her she said how glad she was to see me up and at the surgery and look well she genuinely cared. “I had a previous unfavorable blood analysis, prompting me to contact my GP, Dr. Kennedy, for a consultation. Typically, the reception promptly answered my calls, usually on the first attempt or sometimes on the second, so I have no complaints in that regard. They forwarded my inquiry to the GP, and Dr called me the same week, advising me to schedule a new blood test. Following the blood test, I requested a copy of the results from the reception, which they provided. However, due to privacy concerns, I preferred to receive the results in person. With the test results, I obtained my prescription and scheduled the next blood test in a couple of months for a follow-up. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant with this practice.”
