“I was booked to this clinic by my specialist for a Manometry test..2 tests involving a tube up the nose and down the throat..to say I was nervous would be the understatement of the century! However..the lady that performed the test (and equally as important, the lady who supported me through the process-i hope I didn't squeeze her hand too much!)were amazing..excellent communication and huge amounts of patience! “Feel the need to update this for future patients. From the min I arrived I was greeted with first class service and wouldn’t change a single thing. The level of care was outstanding and Dr Matar made me feel like I was in exceptional hands prior to operation making me feel so at ease while in pre op room, I also have to say the staff prior to op was lovely making me lose any nerves I had prior to the operation. Can’t thank the whole team enough for the level of service I received . Visited physio today 2.5 weeks after surgery and yet again the service received from walking through the door to walking out was exceptional thank you. “Cannot thank Dr Dobson and his team enough for changing my life, I had horrific pain and awful symptoms after being sterilised and suffered for almost 2 years, the NHS couldn’t find anything wrong apparently, reached out to Dr Dobson who got back in touch straight away, he had all the time in the world for me, put me right at ease, he kept in touch and reassured me every step of the way, theatre team were also incredible, I was very anxious and they gave me medication to calm me down, Dr dobson found the multiple issues and managed to fix them, I was pain free from the moment I woke up.
