   First of all I had two calls confirming my appointment that day. I turned up on time! And was told to sit in the waiting room , 10 minutes later the receptionist gave me some paperwork that I had already done online. 20 minutes later the lights went out and then a head popped around the door and said oh who are you? I told her my name and after waiting again was told to come to shawana’s room . Where shawana and her assistant are both wearing coats. I was offered laser treatment but I just said I wanted an extraction, no tools used , all that happened was a prick by a pin and a squeeze with her fingers and it was done (less than a minute) £80 later! I could have done that home myself . literally 20 seconds after leaving the clinic and sat in my car, shawana and her assistant left . Totally unprofessional that they were about to leave without know I was there, never going to use this clinic again.

   I was very anxious beforehand, as I'm rather squeamish about anything to do with my eyes and the laser treatment was to remove a large skin tag in a tricky position on my eyelid. However the procedure by Shawana was very quick and efficient, I can honestly say it only smarted a bit. Very compact scab is all that is visible after 4 days now and slight swelling on eyelid gone down. I am totally pleased with the outcome and the entire experience was swift and professional. Thank you

   I brought my newborn in because we had previously had to wait for hours at A&E. They asked us to fill in our babies details and we waited our turn. She checked baby's heartbeat and told us she couldn't prescribe anything because baby was so small and then took £95 to tell us to go to A&E. Disgusting

   Posting on behalf of my mother: I am not happy with the fibroblast laser pen patch test treatment I received. The scabs on my face were significantly larger than they should have been - which made me question a lot about their procedures and standards. I was not given any advice about pre-treatment or post treatment do's and don'ts. My skin did not heal properly within the suggested time frame. I also had issues with appointments that they claim to have cancelled. When i made a formal complaint, it was eventually met by offering me just £100 worth of further treatment at the clinic itself and little explanation or apology for my bad experience... Overall, the customer service and care were very unprofessional, and I felt insulted at their unsatisfactory resolution offer.

   Stay away. Booked an appointment weeks in advance to be advised on arrival that I need a patch test due to my olive skin tone. What a waste of my time. Why would you not book consultations in advance of treatment if this was the case? Are they only use to treating white people? Anyway, stay clear, unless you’re full white!

   Disgusting customer service. Had a tattoo removal appointment changed, via email, 2 hours before my appointment time, which I already had another appt in for. Told the appt I booked 4 weeks ago was given to someone else. Asked for clinic manager to call as no convenient appts left. Left another message a week later, with no reply so called again today. Clinic manager offered me an appt in the middle of the day which meant I would need to take a day off work (previous appt was booked for a Saturday well in advance) she then told me it wasn’t her job to chase me to book appts (not what she was doing at all), when I told her that I wasn’t expecting her to chase me for appts just the courtesy to return a call to try and sort this out, I was told they have thousands of customers and she had given me enough time and she was very busy, I asked for my deposit to be returned to which she said it was nothing to do with her and finance would call. Disgusting attitude, complete lack of customer service, and absolutely not bothered about customers.
