The nurse who then took care of me after was the most caring person I've ever come across, wish i got her name so i could thank her, she walked me to the car at end. There was a bit of a wait at start as expected so i suggest you take your phone chargers for the waiting room”

“I read the comments before my 3 year old had bloods here, and I was quite reluctant to book but no other options were suitable for our schedule, so I had no choice but do so. I am really happy I did. We had no issues with the receptionists at all, both were polite and helpful. The nurses who took the bloods I could not praise them enough. One of them was called Becky, but I couldn’t catch the other lady’s name. From the very beginning they made my son feel so at ease and he didn’t even realise the actual blood test. They were really friendly and it was a good experience all in all and all the staff we interacted with were absolutely brilliant. Thank you!”
