Had appointment for 23rd September to have blood test. Turned up on time to be told appointment is cancelled. No one available to do the test. Surgery had 1 patient in. 2 receptionist on . Might as well be closed all together. No one there to take bloods. Where was the doctors or diabetic nurse or health care assistants. What has happened to the NHS. Not first time been cancelled either.

I have to say after years of appointments and gp appointments and seeing and talking to people I had the worst experience. Doctor . Makanjuola has to be one of the rudest most disrespectful people I’ve ever spoke to there. Absolutely disappointed with the service he offered today I feel discriminated against in every way. Never have I ever experienced a person so rude twords patients when he’s supposed to offer advice and help. Making sure I never ever use his service again! Absolutely gutted.

An absolutely awful GPs. The receptionists (not all of them) have a disgusting attitude. You can never get an appointment not even for a child with medical needs. It took me 3 weeks to even get an appointment and the follow up which was a blood test still hasn't been booked for my child. Tried to call on several occasions spent many hours on waiting to get through. When I got through after 40 minutes of waiting (this time) the receptionist picked the phone up then put it down (this is not the first time this has happened. This is a regular occourance). Called back to be informed that I was now the 5oth in the queue. When I move I will be changing GPs. Why take on patients without capacity to deal with them? Disgusting on every level. If you value you're children and family's lives please stay away from this place.

I walked in asked if a nurse could look at a mole on my shoulder which had started itching the receptionist said OK but there is a 4 hour wait to see anyone and then there isn't really anything we can do if it's an emergency go to the hospital

I read the comments before my 3 year old had bloods here, and I was quite reluctant to book but no other options were suitable for our schedule, so I had no choice but do so. I am really happy I did. We had no issues with the receptionists at all, both were polite and helpful. The nurses who took the bloods I could not praise them enough. One of them was called Becky, but I couldn’t catch the other lady’s name. From the very beginning they made my son feel so at ease and he didn’t even realise the actual blood test. They were really friendly and it was a good experience all in all and all the staff we interacted with were absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

Had to use them twice in last week and found them to be brilliant. Helped me out alot and very helpful. I understand you have to wait but is on a first come basis.

Impossible to get an appointment. When you finally do the Dr turns you away and you have to go to a walkin centre to get treatment due to not being diagnosed the day before for something that can be visually seen and not complex to treat. To add to this when ordering a repeat prescription you have to contact multiple times as they do not issue. Don't join if you think you might ever need medical help.

Rude reception staff - honestly, it should not be so difficult to actually replace them with a simple booking system in the first place if they do not want to do their job. But this is NHS. I am asking too much.

NHS 111 tells me to contact them asap because of hypertension 2 BP reading 180/107. I called them only to be told that I would have to make an appointment.... At least a week to be seen. Apparently they can't offer advice over the phone. Thankfully I've got BP down to hypertension 1 level myself. Oh. FYI... Don't leave a review on NHS website for this practice as the real truth hurts and they remove it to save themselves from embarrassment and shame.
