   I would just like to personally thank Kevin in the MRI department at the HuLL spire without him I’d never of been able to do my MRI I suffer with claustrophobia really bad he talked me through everything and showed me everything and gave me time to get myself prepared and fully reassured me and wasn’t a problem if I couldn’t go through with it and a squeeze of the button and would be there in seconds to get me out !!!! I managed the two scans with no break and smashed it soooo sooo thankful and appreciative Kevin and now have the confidence but hopefully won’t need it lol you do a great job thanks again Gary ….

   I can’t thank the team at Spire Hull enough. From my first call to surgery, the whole process took just seven days — efficient, professional, and genuinely caring every step of the way. Mr Muhammad Ismail and his team quite literally saved my arm; without their quick work I could have been left permanently disabled. The communication, organisation, and attention to detail were far beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere. An absolutely life-changing service — thank you to everyone involved.

   Finally had my operation on my foot. My experience being admitted and having the operation was excellent. All the team and consultant was very informative and I was well looked after. Thank you. A big shout out to Sarah Hardy for making me feel at ease and making me laugh. The reason for only scoring a 4 star is the lack of communication between my first cancellation of my operation I felt like I had to do all the chasing.

   Had a day and overnight stay for inguinal hernia op , staff were the most pleasant helpful healthcare professionals you could wish to meet nothing was too much trouble, meals were excellent as was the whole service exsperience. Hygiene and cleanliness were faultless staff were well turned out polite and presentable rating out of ten would be a well deserved 10 .

   Very poor communication and no accountability. Stick with the NHS as they’re far more efficient & on the ball. Consultant said he would book me in for an operation. Rang twice a day for 4 days and they just passed it on to someone externally.I was ensured someone would call me back every day and this never happened. You would expect better from private insurance, would not recommend.

   Wen't with husband and son both having treatment, the member of staff dark hair and glasses on the reception desk was very abrupt and dismissive considering my husband has a few memory issues too. Needs to learn how to talk to people hope its better on the wards. previously had good treatment and help with autism diagnosis many years ago for youngest son. Hope its not going down hill taking NHS patients on maybe they have bit of more than they can chew? and under pressure. Reception a bit like a cattle market.
