   I've recently switched to this practice and have received brilliant service so far. The process of switching practices was very efficient and I was surprised how quick the transfer from my old practice to this practice was. I also find the receptionists extremely helpful when answering the phone and always welcomed with a friendly and helpful manner. Finally, the doctors themselves are extremely helpful. I have attended twice for health concerns and they have listened to my concerns properly to try and get to the route cause of my problems rather than immediately providing me medication.

   Receptionists always helpful on the phone or in person. Doctors are always down the earth, understanding and helpful. Anyone adding bad reviews, should remember all staff are human. No one is perfect. These professionals at the Greenlaw Practice deserve respect and a little empathy wouldn’t go amiss.

   Very rude staff. Receptionist who told me "This is an emergency line for a heart attack, are you having a heart attack?" I didn't realise they were also 999. Have written complaint to practice manager and NHS. Refused appointments and telephone consultation with doctor by reception staff with no clinical skills and actually I do have a life threatening condition that they are too stupid to understand. Would award no stars if I could.
