I would of offered it 0 if I could but 1 will have to do. I tried so many times to get a appointment after experiencing really bad neck pain. I couldn't get an appointment so called 111 I was given a option for either urgent care centre or op for my gp in the morning at 9.30. So I thought I'd do the gp got booked it in a supposed to be telephone call. To be then woken up by the receptionist asking what my problem was..... Im sorry but why does the receptionist have to keep asking patients what there problem is when there not qualified like a pharmacy person to offer any sort of medical advice, and somethings are kept private unless with the GP and what allows them the right to triage my symptoms. After being told they only had 9.10 again i cudnt do that time cuz I've had to already make arrangements for the 9.30 call I was suppose to be getting, but apparently at 7.30am there was no appointments.... Hard to believe!!! So called 111 back told them the situation and ended up in a n e in end because of them not listening to me and I needed some really strong pain killers. As I really could not eat and drink from the pain. And to top it off my son had a appointment made as it was referred through from school nurse as he requires a certain medication to reduce the frequency of the urine for the doctor just to tell me reward ur son to hold his wee longer when he literally is in tears from holding it as when going there is puddles every 20minutes. So now I've had to reschedule again. I just feel like just lately you don't even get listened too. Also you need to change your phone line notice as your mis leading patients. A male CAN NOT go to pharmacy for a uti, and a person over the age of 17 CANNOT be treat for a ear infection. There was a time I got asked what the alternative was for one of my medication as it was out of stock luckily I know my knowledge in that field so I was able to advice but you can not ask as they didn't know my profession what the alternative was for my medication. Drugs can be used for a variety of things and a patient can be diagnosed with a variety of different things so it's down to the gp to decide.

What a disgrace!!! When you eventually get through the earliest appointment is over 4 weeks and when you get there the doctor spends all her time reading your notes from over 3 years ago to tell you exactly what you already know!!! Absolutely disgusted with the practise

I’ve been a patient at the colliery for about 2 years and have been more reliant than I wish I had to be on them due to poor health. They have never once let me down, they are always so pleasant to talk with - clinical and clerical - always able to get appointments in decent times, never made to feel a nuisance, medication/referals/signposting always completed efficiently. It is so heartwarming to see that professionalism is still going strong at this practice!

Called for an appointment due to a cough for over 2 weeks, same cough my PT had and wasnt covid and needed antibiotics due to being chest infection. Had negative lateral test but told to get PCR test and someone could do a telephone appointment at 18:35. Waited after doing my PCR but no one called and no one let me know they couldnt do it. Waste of time. UPDATE called again to see what happened, no appointment in the diary, no record or notes of my call??

my partner went to get the coil fitted and i pushed them in a wheelchair. not sure of her name but the lady we saw was so nice and understanding about my partners ptsd. loses one star because the receptionist was rude. i walked in when the door opened and the receptionist told me i need to stand outside but i said im disabled and she said i need to wait outside again (she was on the phone for quite a while) so my partner repeated it for me. the receptionist wasnt listening but someone else came and said its okay she’ll let the doctor know we’re here

I never wait long for an appointment or for the appointment itself when I arrive. Quick check ins and a great pharmacy in the same building and literally a few feet from the waiting room
