“moved to this surgery about a year ago, and luckily I’ve only needed to book appointments for my baby a couple of times — but both times they’ve gotten us in extremely quickly and have been amazing. Compared to my old doctors, where I had lots of issues, I honestly don’t have a single complaint about this place. The AI phone system can be a bit annoying, but today when I said it was an emergency and asked to speak to staff, it put me straight through to reception and I had an appointment within 30 minutes. I really can’t fault this surgery at all — they’ve been brilliant every time.”
“Called 111 for my wife; paramedics were here within 20 minutes staying with her for just over an hour before transporting her to A & E. They were totally professional and friendly which obviously helped with my wife who had been a nurse for 40 years. The A & E department were also professional catering to her needs and getting things done. Thanks go out to all concerned.”
