   I had a. MRI scan here. The technician and the student working there were extremely kind and made me feel relaxed and confident. The cleanliness of the entire hospital was admirable, and dare I say put their near neighbour the RUH Bath to shame! First time at Cossham and was very impressed.

   Attended this afternoon for a scan. What an absolutely positive experience ! Parking spaces available, on time appointment and very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Shout out to X-ray receptionist Saffron. She greeted everyone with a welcome and clear instructions as to where to go. Whilst I was waiting for my lift she even treated me to a cuppa ! Absolute gem, thanks .

   The 105-year-old hospital has had a complete refurbishment and offers modern and fully accessible facilities from which the NHS will deliver a wider range of services, closer to people's homes. Very nice facilities and nice and beautiful. Clean and tidy rooms .

   Wish I could give it 5 star. The medical staff who dealt with my mother were excellent, so kind, caring and understanding. They were wonderful. Unfortunately the lack of a main reception desk and good signage meant we were unsure where to go. My mum who has v. poor and painful mobility had to walk with me to a booking in desk at the opposite end of the hospital and then all the way back again to the other end before the appointment at the Parkinson's clinic. I could not leave her while I checked it out due to her high anxiety levels if left on her own. We were not the only ones who didn't know where to go. Please consider moving the booking in desk to main reception and improve signage. Such a contrast to Southmead with so many volunteers ready to help.

   One of the best hospitals that I have visited in Bristol, even though it is small in area compared to other main hospitals. It is extremely clean, organised, quiet and has the best staff. Its only down point that it does not have an emergency department. The building is old but well cared for with good number of parking areas for disabled people and there are a paid meter for others as well. The only new construction seems to be the MRI scanning suite near the exit area which seems to be a prefab unit. The name of the radiologist that I have met was Hana. She was very professional, polite and extremely helpful.

   I have regular appointments with the Lymphoedema clinic - great nurses, pleasant and make you feel comfortable. X-Rays both myself and husband. Very little waiting time, and that department quick and efficient. I’ve found the staff/medical staff very pleasant. Recommend choosing here if you’re given the choice.

   Staff and medical staff were lovely and helpful. Departments were easy to find and I didn't have to wait long for my outpatients appointment. There is a small volunteer run cafe which is very pleasant. Parking just outside the grounds is for staff only I was able to park in the patient car park. The machine excepts cards which is helpful and there is free parking for 20 minutes. I paid for 2 hours which was £3.50.
