   My experience at Cotswold ward. Was good one I was treated very well with compassion with empathy and understanding of my needs the staff were so reassuring to me when I was in having the procedure. Kind friendly staff. A credit to the NHS

   I think it's pretty discusting how people are so rude and selfish in the comments these ladies have a lot on there hands, think if it was you working here?it is not your average job,every day they have no idea what's going to happen sadly people miscarrying to emergency operations things that can lead to people's appointment being late, the handover forgetting 1 thing the abuse they get,this job must affect them. Why I am here now for my 3rd day is my business but I was upset and rude as I thought they took the biscuit I discharged myself I didn't make it to car park before I collapsed in pain.i literally just told the Dr to go take a long walk of a short cliff, I was so embarrassed but I needed there help, they didn't make me feel like a donut. They are so helpful and sadly im going threw a long miscarriage I can't fault the staff, they are keeping me comfortable as possible

   Couldn't fault my experience today. Was very nervous and upset, I was met with understanding and empathy. A lady (who I won't name just in case she'd rather I didn't!) sat with me and was so so so kind and reassuring. The team who did the examination were also amazing. Couldn't fault my experience or have asked for more to be honest. They're an amazing team doing a wonderful thing and I feel like no matter what my results I'll be looked after. We're so lucky to have this resource, it's fantastic and everyone who works there should know how awesome they are!!!

   A lot of waiting around, move to a new place, wait around, move to a new place, wait around - all while your parking pay and display is ticking. That said staff were a little more empathetic and care was broadly better then some we have experianced in other parts of Southmead. Broadly speaking I have nothing but respect and admiration for the difficult job the NHS staff provide.

   I went there with an emergency referral when I was extremely nervous. Instead of checking me and my baby and assuring me about our safe being, the midwife (Kathy) started arguing with me that I am not supposed to be there as I have a midwife in nbt but sonograph at st micheal. I pointed her out that I am already stressed and she is not helping, doing nothing but boosting it. Then she remembered to say "we will except you this time but you blablabla..." all the words blur as the whole thong was pointless. First of all, there's a reason why it's called emergency referral and I was sent there to be looked after but not to be stressed. Second of all, it's not me who wrote the referral so no point in arguing that with me. Afterwards, after a scan, I accepted to talk to a midwife to get their advice on the complication, which happened after a nice soniograph experience, another equally annoying midwife came and just vomited the similar words to me, seems they never stop... I found their operation very unprofessional.

   When I was here a UWE student, I can't remember her name, she had only been on there for two days but she was amazing and me feel a lot better and always found answers for me. She was really lovely. The whole team were and the doctors thank you for making the whole thing a lot less scary.
