   I was seen to exactly on time by a very competent assistant who did the preliminary examination/photos of behind my eyes. The optometrist then gave me my eye test complete with a prescription for eye drops. A lovely Irish girl, she explained everything in great detail. A charming young lady called Maria helped me choose two pairs of glasses. She explained how I could pay monthly and made the whole thing easy and very pleasant. I would recommend to my family and friends. Staff and choice of frames top class.

   I had my eye test done at Vision Express recently and the girls who looked after me were absolutely brilliant. Particularly Jacqueline and Maria. They were so friendly, patient and made me feel really comfortable the whole way through. Everything was explained clearly, the test was really thorough, and they took their time to help me choose what I needed without any pressure. Such a lovely team. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy! Would highly recommend.

   Highly professional and caring staff. The eye test was booked online and was very thorough; I paid £10 for an eye scan which was previously free but no explanation given. I was sen promptly and Samantha the sales person was very patient and helpful. It made such a difference to have someone who was not trying to sell the most expensive options, and was happy to point of the interest free monthly option. I would definitely recommend this branch.

   Very good customer service. I had a bad experience at Specsavers paisley, went to vision express afterwards and the difference in service was like night and day. Still to get my glasses back with the new lenses in them, providing they’re all good when they come back then no complaints here would definitely recommend.

   Manager has an attitude issue and was very rude. We wanted to complain to the manager to resolve the situation but instead made it more worse by accusing the customer. Instead of listening to customer complaint she listened to the useless staff and came to an conclusion before she even spoke to us. As said if we wanted to be taken off the system, instead of agreeing that their staff was in the wrong and not advising that they were unable to see an patient and made us wait for 40 minutes or more.

   Fantastic customer service, seen me at very short notice when my eye was red and inflammed and within 30 mins had me an appointment at Gartenavel hospital to been seen by a specialist eye doctor. The next day I received a phone call from Alisa to ask how I got on which was a lovely touch!

   Highly recommended, 5*****customer service, the team was outstanding. Had a real family feel, made my husband and myself feel like we was at home, so helpful, and friendly and a great price too. Also the delivery time was so super fast, all 3 pair of glasses done in less than a week. Will differently stay with these guys and if I was looking for somewhere to go for new glasses, this would be the place. Again, well done team.
