   This was my first time at Vision Express. The staff were all really lovely and helpful and patient (as I chose my frames), and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made the visit totally enjoyable. The choice of frames was fantastic. And the turnaround for my 3 pairs was only 3 or so days. I highly recommend a visit to this shop.

   Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable. I went for an eye check and got fitted for new glasses. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was acknowledged by a friendly face and taken for my test. The advice on which frames suited me best was very much appreciated. As I struggled to pick from the wide range they have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye checks or glasses, I highly recommend.

   Great service as always from all staff. I want to give a huge thank you to Yvonne for being so patient and kind with my daughter during her contact lens fitting yesterday. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my daughter felt comfortable, and never rushed the process. Her gentle and encouraging approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. We are so grateful for her care and professionalism.

   After realising that the time had come that glasses would be needed to see up close text I visited the Glasgow Fort branch of Vision Express to have an eye test. Ciaran was friendly and down to earth which meant the experience was a positive one. It took a bit of time to decide on the style of glasses to choose but Holly advised on styles and gave me time to try options on. I decided on a pair of Ray Bans and was advised they would take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Within a few days I received a text to say they were at the store ready collect. Super fast service and a friendly team in store delivered a great overall experience. Thanks.

   Couldn't have asked for a better experience, staff were so attentive. Ciaran the Optometrist took his time and explained reasons why ive had some issues with my eyes also gave good tips to remedy these. Very courteous and pleasant at all times. Definitely recommend this store.

   My daughter wasn’t a customer here, but she had to be seen at the Glasgow Fort branch in an emergency situation, as our usual opticians was closed. We were accommodated with a same day appointment within 2hrs. The extremely painful eye condition was diagnosed and treated by Ciaran, who was very good at putting my daughter at ease by being very approachable and understanding. He was very empathic with regards to my daughter’s ongoing health condition, which she greatly appreciated as it was something that she’s rarely experienced from a health professional before. I found him very child/teen friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this opticians. My daughter will be changing to this place now.

   Outstanding service from Glasgow Fort Team. I didn't have my eye tested for nearly 10 years and was a bit nervous. Everyone couldn't be more helpful from carrying full eye test and then picking my first reading glasses. I also treated myself with new sunglasses as girls were soo helpful and advised which one looked the best on me. Highly recommended.
