I had an appointment today with Ross Gallacher. I suffer from anxiety and today it was quite bad.Ross reassured me several times and was really patient too. I don’t feel embarrassed as he knows me well and is very sympathetic to my ilness. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks ross
Wasn’t happy at all with my bottom plate which aint straight an didn’t match shape of other teeth, in which they sit wavy l, an top plate way way to slack in which is shouldnt be as there’s teeth there that should hold it firmly but was told that it takes time to get use to suction, “REALLY” I’ve never heard that before, so so disappointed that when asked did I want to have a look at them in I said no an just wanted to leave, will be changing my dentist as the person that did my teeth on a few occasions now has displeased me with replacing May teeth which when you come out a dentist you should be feeling happy that thing are all sorted properly but yet again, not but depressed itn what I’ve had to leave with, not happy 1 bit.!!!!!!!! I’ve given 1 star as I can’t give 0
I managed to get a cancellation app with Ross this morning. Such a caring and gentle man. Put me at ease and never felt a thing. Best thing was he made me smile again. I would highly recommend Ross. Thank you so much!

Best dentists and staff ever! I'm generally anxious with dentists but they are really gentle. They're knowledgeable, explain what's happening, and current with technology and practice. They have a really sleek office too which is nice.
Great experience for my check up! Richard took the time to chat me through options for the dental care plans and done all the necessary checks on my teeth. He was also very patient with my baby boy who needed some entertaining during my examination!
I was very impressed from my first visit to this practice with Richard and his lovely staff. Everything was explained in detail about the procedure I was having and what to expect. Everyone is very caring and friendly which puts you at ease as soon as you enter the modern practice. I was given an aftercare package to deal with any uncomfortable effects from my treatment with instructions that covered any symptoms that might occur. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any dental treatment.
I visited the practice on Monday and asked for an appointment. I was not registered here so I was given a card and go home to register. They told me that they were taking on new people. I went home and I was not able to phone until the Wednesday as I had a abscess. On phoning on the Wednesday they told me that they were not taking on any new patients until the February. The telephone call was not too clear so they ended the phone call but never called back. I think this was not very unprofessional. They were my wife’s dentist and were very good to her but they have went down in my estimations now. The rating that I have given is for the way the reception treated me. I cannot thank the dental surgeon Anton enough as my wife was very ill and he was absolutely brilliant with her.
