I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works! She kept tweaking the routine to suit our needs. If anyone is planning to get help for sleep training, do not look further .
