On time, efficient and informative. Elizabeth took time to understand the issues I'm having and was able to offer helpful suggestions and understanding. The staff are always friendly.

My husband had the appointment, his mobility is not good, the staff were very good to him. A very pleasant experience & reassuring, he has chosen some very nice looking frames, and once again such good help from the Optician helping him select a new pair of glasses. Thank you very much.

Tried to speak to someone buy phone. Made several calls but the phone was never answered. Drove to the permises and a notice said it was short staffed. A message on the phone would have been better customer service. I was returning reaction glasses that were not fit for purpose because of the glare. They are being replaced with the new version. I couldn't pick a colour as there were no samples. Not impressed.
I have been going to Vision Express in Pangbourne for many years and know that the staff there have also worked there for many years. I think that this means a happy working environment which fosters excellent customer care. I have always been impressed by all aspects of the service from making an appointment through testing, prescribing, dispensing and aftercare and common sense advice. I especially like the retinal images and high tech approach to eye health. Elizabeth successfully coaxed me away from hard contact lenses about 10 years ago which has been great. Vision express have been especially excellent with my son who started using contact lenses at primary school and who always runs out of lenses before his next delivery is due, usually requiring a last minute phone call to Chris or Margaret who always know who I am and always go above and beyond to help.
Very friendly and helpful especially to a 40 year old bloke who doesn't want to accept the inevitable aging fate. Helped me choose great looking frames and for once a shop that didn't want to push the most expensive option all the time. Would highly recommend.
So organized, and very professional. From the initial calls from Tracey relating to the appointment and what was required to arriving and and having a friendly great omg, a very friendly and professional eye test and contact lens fitting with Elizabeth, followed again with picking glasses with Tracey. I was a little apprehensive about having to pick new glasses alone but Tracey was so helpful and I have come away so pleased and I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive.
