I can't say enough good things about our experience with Dee. Her expertise in sleep consulting for toddlers, particularly using gentle methods, has been nothing short of transformative for our family. Our 3-year-old had always struggled with sleep, often waking multiple times a night and resisting bedtime with all his might. We were exhausted, stressed, and unsure of how to help him. From our very first consultation, she exuded a calm confidence that immediately put us at ease. She took the time to understand our specific challenges and tailored a plan that was perfectly suited to our son's needs and our parenting style. What truly sets Dee apart is her unwavering commitment to gentle, respectful methods. She guided us through every step of the process, providing not just strategies, but also much-needed emotional support. Her approach was never about forcing our son to conform to a rigid schedule, but rather about understanding his individual sleep cues and creating a nurturing environment where he could thrive. Throughout the journey, Dee was incredibly patient and available. She offered regular check-ins, adjusting the plan as needed and celebrating each small victory with us. Her compassionate support extended to us as parents, empowering us with the tools and confidence to handle sleep disruptions calmly and effectively. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Our son now goes to bed with minimal fuss and sleeps through the night consistently. The improvement in his mood and behaviour is evident, and we, as parents, finally feel rested and rejuvenated. If you're struggling with your toddler's sleep and seeking a gentle, supportive, and highly effective approach, look no further than Dee. Her expertise and dedication have made a world of difference in our lives, and we are forever grateful. Thank you for giving us the gift of peaceful nights and happy mornings!

Our 3 year old was not sleeping through the night, nor would they settle without us in the room prior to going to sleep. So we called on Dee for help. There are positives and negatives with our experience. Positives: Dee was able to provide some insight into how we were responding to our child, which may be impacting how they would settle at night. She also managed to stop them having a dummy and took away the bottle which they were still having. She also responded very quickly to calls when we asked for more advice. Negatives: It seems she only has one method when trying to get the child to settle; which is the phase out of the room method, whilst probably a good method to use and may work for most families we are still no further forward with our child. They will settle without us in the room but are still getting up through the night, wanting us to go back to the room with them. When we asked Dee for more advice she didn’t offer any alternative methods but more looked at why her method wouldn’t work ‘as it always works’ she said that it was possibly because our child was not getting their ‘full cup of love’ because both of us work full time so we weren’t spending enough time with our child. I did find this really upsetting and hurtful as this is not something that I am able to change. She then suggested we move bedtime to the right and not put our child down until half eight at night so they were getting ‘their full cup of love’ needless to say we tried this and our child was over tired and when we spoke to our nursery and family they didn’t think this was a good way to go and were disappointed that Dee had said our child was the way they were because I worked full time. We are able to get our child down whilst not in the room but they are still waking in the night and wanting us to go back in the room so in hindsight it doesn’t feel like it was worth the money and I would probably recommend using books, internet sources and speak to family and friends before you commit to spending such a huge amount of money. We deliberated for such a long time as it was quite a lot of money to spend but we were getting desperate and Dee had come recommended but unfortunately for us we are no further forward and £500 out of pocket.

We are working with Dee in an ongoing capacity now and let me just say, she is SAVING us. Dee is utterly unbelievable. Like a part of the family. We could not manage without her. Always available, always realistic, kind, practical, calm and generous. She understands needs, listens and keeps you grounded. She knows a thing or two about kids, but oh man does she understand parents and how to help EVERYONE in the family be the best they can. This woman, I cannot say enough. Our Angel in shining armour. We would give her one thousand stars if we could. Thank you Dee xx

Life savers! Parents who look for a sleep training method that truly respects and protects your child's attachment security and emotional needs (including responsivity and attunement) but also gives you the means to tenderly guide your little one towards the attainment of self confidence and autonomy, search no more: Dee and Sarah are the best. You'll feel thoroughly supported throughout the process, which will be tailored to the unique specificity of your family and based on in-depth human experience as well as state-of-art theories of sleep training and child development. After 10 months of sleepless nights and nightmare naps, in literally 1 meeting with the sleep consultant and 2 days my LO slept through the night and learnt to nap autonomously, and has been ever since. No desperate crying, no unresponsiveness, no heartbreaking torment. Thank you Sleep Fairies, I'll always be grateful

I called Dee desperate for some help for our 2 year old who was previously sleeping well for naps and through the night. We had lots of life changes which really unsettled her and caused her to resist naps and sleep really poorly at night. Dee came to visit us at our home for 4 hours where she could observe the settings of our home, our daughters bedroom and also how we were parenting during the day. Dee came up with a bespoke plan which she has supported us with for over 6 weeks already. She has a lot of experience and knowledge not only with how to deal with the sleep issues but also behavioural issues during the day. Dee has been dynamic throughout our journey with her and changing things when needed to help us get back to better behaviour and better sleep for our daughter. We can’t recommend Dee enough. She really does listen to your struggles and she has a really great manner to resolve these.

We contacted Dee after 2 years of struggle with our baby girl who just wouldn’t sleep for more than 4 hours a stretch. We were exhausted , worried and clueless on how to get her to sleep through the night. Her sleep schedule was impacting her whole day and eating pattern as well which wasn’t ideal. I had zero confidence in doing the “cry it out method” since i find it extreme. Dee came through with a plan and made the most gentle transition for us. I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works! She kept tweaking the routine to suit our needs. If anyone is planning to get help for sleep training, do not look further . There will be lot of hiccups during the whole transition but stick with it and have faith. Thank you Dee for helping us. Regards Sri , prakash and Gauri.

We asked Dee for help with our then 20 month old daughter who wouldn’t go to sleep without us cradling her on our bed. It could take 1.5 hours of wild behaviour and extreme patience (or lack of) from us. Even then she didn’t sleep through, waking twice at least and always ending up in our bed. When our son was born, we couldn’t handle two babies not sleeping and so we called Dee. It was all remote due to the pandemic lockdown, but that didn’t cause any issues! All it took was two zoom calls, a written plan and us sticking to the plan... actually sticking to it... and within two weeks our daughter was going to bed at 7pm with ZERO fuss. She is now 2 years and 3 months old and she loves going to be bed, proudly shouting NIGHT NIGHT with big hugs and kisses and then sleeps through 12 hours!! Dee changed our life and gave us our evening back! Be warned, the two weeks can be hell, with LOTS of crying, from both parties, but once you’ve done it, it’s life changing! Thank you Dee!!!!

We asked Dee for help with our then 1 1/2 old who was still waking up multiple times in the night and was overtired and fussy during the day. Dee visited our home to observe her and help put together a plan for her day and night routine and supported us over the next few days / weeks through text and calls. She was very professional and supportive and we only wish we'd called her earlier. Within a week the little one was sleeping through the night and was well rested and much less fussy during the day. I wouldnt hesitate to call upon her again for support on parenting and behaviour again! She was a godsend! Thank you Dee!
