    My dentist, at the University Dental Centre, Faika Ahsan, is the only dentist whom I have ever visited without fear! This is because she always takes extra care to avoid causing unnecessary pain to her patients. She succeeds in this, not only because of her ethos, but also because of her exceptional skill and targeted dexterity. I also find every visit and treatment interesting and fear-free, because Faika always explains to me what she is going to do and why. Her detailed dental knowledge is always reassuring and an educational experience for me. I have always trusted Faika, and have taken my daughter, now 19, to her since she was a small child. Thank you Faika!

    The service is always amazing. Very friendly staff from the receptionist, the dentist and the hygienist. They always answer phone calls and they are always happy to help and they are all forever pleasant. I love it there and I always enjoy every visit. The dentist and the hygienist are very knowledgeable and I feel like I am in safe hands every visit. I could keep going on but I think you all get it, they are the best

    The practice fitted me in at extremely short notice on 23 Dec 22 as a previous filling was unintentionally removed with the assistance of a Christmas Toffee. The Dentist informed me that he had to install a pin and then reconstruct the tooth hence more damage was done than I expected. The dentist's nurse/technician worked with the dentist as if dovetailed, very efficient. The whole process was faultless from my phone call through reception to payment. If this dental team don't work for this practice then they should be recruited forthwith. I'm looking forward to Christmas Dinner followed by pudding with custard. Alas no Sticky Toffee Sauce for me! I wish a Happy Christmas to all of the team involved.

    Apart from having to wait for 4 weeks for an emergency appointment. I was fortunate to get a cancellation and unusually on a Saturday morning because the surgery opened to catch up with appointments. The service is outstanding and I was able to get my tooth filled and my teeth cleaned and all within 10 minutes. The dentist was lovely, caring and very professional and I felt very comfortable in his care. The receptonist and dental nurse were very pleasant and helpful too. I am really happy with this dentist.

    Usually quite good, but the dentist I saw this time was very abrupt and didn't offer any advice of how to get a payment plan and was happy for me to leave knowing the work definately needs doing, just a little compassion would be nice. Receptionist was lovely and offered support as she understands times are tight for a lot of people at the moment

    I was seen on time and greeted in a friendly. way. Throughout the appointment I was kept informed of the treatment I was receiving. At a point when I had a choice to make, I did not feel any pressure in making my decision. Overall I feel that my dental health is well looked after by the dentist.
