   1. Too many text and call reminders of my appointment. I am not a child and do not need such constant reminders. 2. The member of staff who did the scan and pressure check didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took much longer than usual. She blamed the tables that "didn't adjust like the one's in the Woodley" branch. When I asked her to put the chin rest down When she asked me to try not to blink she didn't tell me when I could blink. The pressure test: She told me my pressures in my right eye were 16 when asked. I asked her if this was right as I have Glaucoma and am using pressure lowering drops for the right eye. She told me yes. When I brought it up with the optician she looked at the chart and she had recorded my right eye at 11., 3. I was then asked to go upstairs to see the optician. When I informed the same member of staff that I can't do stairs she looked at me as if to say "well you have legs don't you?". I explained that it should be on my record but apparently not. This is the second time this has happened. The optician then came downstairs. 4. The optician asked me to keep my glasses on and cover my left eye with my hand. I tried but due to pain in my left arm and shoulder I couldn't do it. I have never been asked to do this before at any opticians. I asked for something to cover my left eye but apparently Specsavers didn't even have a patch. Apparently I was told that is only at the hospital. So I removed my glasses and she put on the optician glasses to start the test, 5. The optician asked me my history. She asked me for dates of surgeries I had had on my eyes. I explained I had been here before so surely they had my notes. But apparently they were sketchy. So all in all I was not impressed. I had previously been very pleases but this experience has made me reconsider where I will go next time.

   Great experience. My appointment was nice and quick but nothing was left out. The gentleman I saw was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions in great detail and helped with advice for my dry eyes.

   Nice and friendly staff. From the moment we entered they welcomed us and helped us with my son's annual eye check. The Optician was very nice and he explained the entire process and made my son comfortable.

   Really good service. Polite and professional staff. Very helpful during the test and after the test when choosing glasses. Wasn't waiting around, was into the store, with an assistant, through into the test with the optometrist, then out to choose some frames with some really good help from an assistant. I like my new glasses and can actually see properly for the first time in a frew years! Recommended.

   The staff are all friendly and helpful. I use a wheelchair and they happily accommodated that. They explained everything and answered any questions I had. My new glasses were ready within 2 weeks and the whole thing was dealt with efficiently. I thoroughly recommend them.

   Strongly not recommend especially if you need to drive there, the traffic is horrible in peak time outside the shop. They just asked me to reschedule when I arrived late for 20 minutes as the junction outside their shop was stuck. Haven’t said that they already cancelled my appointment few day ago at the time I almost arrived due to shortages of staff.

   Very friendly and helpful. I have had a sight and hearing tests done. Both on time with no waiting and very professional. Also had a lot of help and style advice when choosing glasses which was fantastic Can't recommend enough. Really positive experience and service
