Having been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia & related ongoing problems, Nick ensured that the crown I needed was an exact match for the replacement tooth. This meant that my bite was not affected and there was no knock- on effect to adjacent teeth thus avoiding any problematic pain in my mouth etc.
After several years of having my front tooth reattached, I sought a dental clinic capable of replacing it with an implant. Upon receiving a recommendation, I explored City Dental Clinic. Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.
Tooth capping procedure went very smoothly. Short essential waits during the process but it was all sorted, ready to go in under 2 hours. They were happy to lead me through the process, explaining the different stages. The technology used is first class. All the above with zero discomfort- can't be bad!

First class treatment starting the moment you call to a helpful reception, later walk-in to a warm and efficient greeting, get assessed gently and thoroughly, outcome and plan discussed clearly, treatment provided skilfully and painlessly - using the latest technology plus spotless and hygienic throughout. 10/10
Very professional service. Very friendly staff, from my first interaction with reception, throughout my first consultation with my practitioner, and through all further appointments for implant treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I was kept fully informed and included throughout all treatment options and decisions, and it was obvious to me that it was important to Nick, my practitioner and all nurses, that they achieved the best possible outcome for me. I felt I was listened too, especially as the treatment was at the front of my mouth. I’m thrilled with the final result, which looks completely natural and better than I was expecting.
Everyone at the City Bridge Dental practice were very kind and attentive. The reception staff headed by Sarah were all very helpful.
