All the team have been brilliant. I’ve been treated by Nick for some Crown and Filling work and he and his assistant (and Hannah) are always so friendly, and professional. More recently I’ve also been treated by Ed and his assistant for Implant work. Nothing was too much trouble -every step was explained so well and I’m really pleased with the amazing result.
Absolutely fabulous dental practice. I have been a patient now for two years. Chris Doy, my dentist, and his assistant Anu are amazing . So gentle both of them, kind and totally professional! Chris is the quickest and most competent dentist, without fanfare or fuss, that I have ever experienced. And even though the dentist is not my best place to be….of course, it is a pleasure and a great comfort to know that I am able to be a patient. I do hope that neither Chris nor Anu move. Thank you to both of you, and thank you too, to all the reception staff who are also, without an exception so friendly and easy and welcoming. Quite exceptional in every way. I have no problem to recommend.
I must be the most nervous dental patient - can't sleep for a few nights before my appointment. Elwira my Dentist - is kind, gentle and understanding. Mohammed dental nurse - well what can I say - you are amazing - held my hand throughout my treatment and explained what was happening - you're the best - wish there were more like you. Cannot thank him enough. Jess on reception is also friendly and understanding.
I'm reviewing the hygienist appointment I had on 25/05/25, with Kendal Williamson and her assistant, Sarah. They were both excellent and worked well together. They were very friendly and made light-hearted conversation, while at the same time being properly professional and practising high standards of clinical care. They skilfully avoided causing me any discomfort during my treatment and Kendal was very thorough in checking my oral health. I also appreciated the very good care and advice I received from Elwira and her dental nurse on the same day. Elwira, too, is very careful and thorough in her examination and I appreciate how she will suggest treatment options but is always clear whether the treatment is optional, or needed and recommended. Thank you.
From initial enquiries, to registering, to then booking and visiting the whole experience couldn't have been dealt with anymore efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and Lee on reception went above and beyond for us arranging everything and her communication was exceptional. The dentist Nick and his nurse Anu were simply superb, they were thorough and sympathetic to the patient and were excellent at keeping him settled and calm. Explaining every step of the way what was happening. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

As a long term sufferer of anxiety and claustrophobia a trip to the dentist is not on my preferred to-do list however the dentist, Mr. Pedro De Matos and his assistant provided reassurance and support, building confidence and making the whole experience as enjoyable as reasonably possible.
This dentist is lovely and have nice workers. Although I would say my past visit was kind of unusual. While my dentist was lovely, the women at the reception was.....not as friendly. There was a noticeable shift in her mannerism towards me in comparison to the people she was dealing with before me and when I was paying, she insinuated that the card I was paying with wasn’t my own and said that she needed to verify it. I found this to be odd because my full name is on the card. I don’t know... it was just a very bizarre situation. Other than that I’ve had no issues with other workers.
I’ve been going to this dental practice for over 20 years. The staff are always polite and friendly. It’s a complete contrast to how awful my doctors surgery is! If you can get on their books you’ll not regret it. Over the years I’ve seen 3 different dentists and they’ve all been very kind and professional. 100% recommended!
The dentist who treated me was very professional and skilled. He did the work well and with a minimum of pain. He has a good manner with patients.
