   Lorraine is honestly an artist when it comes to teeth. She’s so relaxed and welcoming, and really puts you at ease from the start. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, every little adjustment feels intentional and the results speak for themselves. The way she cares really shows in the work she puts in. The whole team is lovely too, professional but warm, and they make every visit a good experience. It’s always settling when you visit places with space between, and they remember you, what you do, and details of your life you have discussed previously. My smile has never looked better, and I’m honestly so glad I went with Lorraine for my alignment. Thank you again!!

   I went there to get my teeth straightened and it was the worst thing I ever did. There was one thing I didn't like about my teeth otherwise I was really happy with them now I've been left with an uncomfortable bite where it's difficult to chew. I paid over 2K to be in the situation where I can't not use my retainers because my teeth will look terrible but I don't want the fixed bar at the back because I'm not happy with the finish of my teeth! I tried to go back and talk to them and I was constantly dismissed and they just tried to persuade me that actually my teeth are ok when in fact I tried to explain I was not happy. My teeth are actually worse than before I started the process! I was not comfortable I would not recommend you go to White a line.

   Fantastic results! I visited the surgery in October 2015 to make an enquiry as to whether they could afford-ably fix my teeth! I hated my teeth at the time. I had over crowding on the bottom and gaps on the top, they were also not very healthy and certainly not white. I would never want to smile in photos! The initial consultation I had was very detailed and I left feeling confident that I could achieve what i wanted and more within a budget that I was happy with. The service from then on was brilliant. I had treatment regularly for 6 months and the results are amazing. I am now smiling all of the time and cant wait to show people my new teeth. They are white, straight and healthy. I found the whole family practice to be friendly, approachable and informative at all times and I will miss popping in every week now!
