   I don’t even know where to begin. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of my anxiety, but a friend recommended Pearl Fine Dental Care after sharing her amazing experience. What stood out straight away was their holistic approach, not just to oral health, but to the whole person. Focusing on breathing, mindfulness, and calming the body, not just on the dental treatment. As someone with a lot of anxiety, that meant a lot. From the moment I walked through the door, I received the warmest welcome from the lovely Tash. When I mentioned how anxious I was, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They did everything possible to support me and make sure I felt safe. Dr. Maziar Gorjifar provided information in such clear, thoughtful detail, far beyond what I’ve ever experienced with a dentist. He even discussed which vitamins would support my oral health, something no dentist has ever mentioned to me before. It was just another example of the level of care they give. I needed treatment with injections and numbing, a thought that terrified me. But I cannot express enough how gentle, reassuring, and compassionate they both were. They guided me through every moment, made sure I was completely pain-free, and helped calm my anxiety throughout the process. I am genuinely so grateful to have found them. I would recommend Pearl Fine Dental Care to anyone who, like me, is scared of the dentist. They’ve helped me realise that the anxiety is often far worse than the treatment itself, and their mindful, holistic way of working is something I believe many other practices are missing.

   A breath of fresh air! On a recommendation, I booked an appointment with Pearl Fine Dental Care to restore a broken tooth. I am so pleased I trusted the advise. Not only did they restore my tooth, but restored my confidence in a dentist. Dr Maziar Gorjifar obviously has a passion for his work and I felt like my mouth mattered to him. He explained everything about my problem. And for once, I didn't feel patronised, but valued. Natasha was amazing, too. A genuine lady, who held my hand as I had the dreaded anaesthetic. Thank you, that kindness went a long way. I learnt that stress can negatively affect the balance that keeps your mouth healthy. And they were considerate of not only the dental impact of this but we're understanding of the delicate emotional situation I was in. I am looking forward to making another appointment there to allow them to address any more problems I may have with my teeth. And also take my children there, as I finally trust a dentist enough to do the best for them too. It's been the difference between flying economy class, Vs first-class. Thank you so much.

The team showed an incredible level of care and knowledge, taking the time to address all my concerns and explain each step of the process.    I am really disappointed and appalled with my experience at this dental practice. I have stated I am anxious and I would like to ask what will be done to me, and I asked "how long would it take to extract a part of my tooth?" at which the doctor Mazfir or what was his name said "How long it's going to take?? It will take how much it will take, as soon as possible" with a very annoyed face. He pretty much told me he would have to extract my whole tooth before he even made an xray, then he made the xray and backtracked saying actually, it's not that bad, he just scared me more just for a chipped tooth basically. The nurse was nice and actually bothered to talk to us, but the doctor is absolutely horror and literally the worst dentist I have ever been to. Seeing the positive reviews online I thought I will have at least a nice experience, but he kept me 10 minutes with a rushed and rude demeanor for which I have paid £80 and he made me feel very bad. I would never go here again, even if my entire mouth was rotting. Too bad as I had high hopes. Looking back at my initial review, I notice that I am being insulted and threatened by them with legal action for sharing my honest opinion. I pay for all my treatments and for someone with anxiety disorder like me, saying that " is a fabrication of my own mind " it's actually abusive in my opinion. I feel harassed by this company and because of that, I will make sure I keep this review so people know this has happened to me.

   Another easy and painless visit to Dr Maziar - dentist with hands of a God. Would not hesitate to recommend him at all. Have done 3 crowns and filling in my right upper in one visit! How good is that, eh?! He is ever so careful, thoughtful and gentle and Tasha his helpful nurse was as ever amazing. But this is not all, as you may know how it could be uncomfortable to have your mouth open for a long time and your jaw starts to hurt. Wait for it! I been offered to have silicon lower jaw rest!!!! Wow! How good is it ! This is real magic! It was so comfy and didn't hurt to keep my mouth open for that long procedure. Thanks a lot to brilliant dentist and Tasha.
