   Having used this practice for the past ten years; the last three under Dr’s Alex and Alina Marcu and their team, I cannot rate them too highly. With the latest in technology, coupled with wonderful client care, it’s a winning formula you must experience to appreciate. So much so, my wife my wife has now joined the practice. Sarah and Angelica could not have done more to make her feel at ease. Thank you so much all of you!

   This is hands down the best dental practice I’ve experienced in Bournemouth. The whole team are genuinely warm, welcoming, and put you at ease from the moment you walk in — they’ve somehow turned a usually dreaded appointment into something I actually don’t mind! Our whole family comes here now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re not getting the care, service, or value you deserve elsewhere, I’d highly recommend making the switch.

   I went with this dentist to resolve my broken filling in my molar inside an emergency situation feeling lot of pains. I paid lot of money for a provisional filling (£130) after two days the filling was broken getting an unsupported pain. Better go to Boost Pharmacy: buy a small pot with filling and put by yourself. Do not waste your money and time whit this unprofessional dentist.

   I had a dental abscess and was 120 miles away from my registered practice- I phoned at the crack of dawn and this lovely practice granted me an emergency appointment and I was seen within 1hr30mins of calling! Dentist took an x-ray, drained the abscess and prescribed antibiotics. Recovered in a week! Fair price for a private dental clinic and good, personable staff.

   I have chosen this Dentistry with goal to straighten my teeth. Registered, paid initial fees, did hygiene before taking impressions and so on. Few weeks later received a call that everything went wrong and they not working with suppliers anymore due fee rise ( Dentist said it increased dramatically so they need to cancel the deal) I have been refunded for impressions appointment but money in total I spent was way more than that and I didn't get what I wanted in the end. Hygiene very average. Dentist Hannah in general not very nice but I like straight forward people so it was not an issue for me at all. Receptionist was amazing, very nice and welcoming.

   I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time due to health anxiety and previous bad experiences. I made Hannah aware of this during my consultation, and she immediately put me at ease. After a thorough check-up, Hannah explained my treatment plan and took the time to reassure and answer all my questions. I was able to book my follow up appointments, and a visit to the hygienist, quickly. All of my procedures have been painless, and I am really pleased with the results. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. I would also like to say that the hygienist is lovely and did an excellent job. And Chris, the receptionist, is also very kind, polite and helpful. I'm so pleased I came to Queens Park Dental Team; the whole experience has really put me at ease about going to the dentist again.
