Best dentistry service I’ve ever used - kind and helpful reception staff who go out of their way to listen, assist and put you at ease, and an incredibly skilled dentist who really cares for her patients. I’ve had several different dentistry procedures done here and all have been quick, easy and pain-free. Also excellent with children. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

After many years of fearing the dentist I finally plucked up the courage to email Quality and Caring Dentistry, I explained my phobia and instantly received a reply from a wonderful receptionist. They really do live up to their name. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness during my visit and first treatment. They reassure you from the time you walk in through the door, the receptionist will make time to talk to you to help calm your nerves and support you through any fears you may have. The dental nurse will greet you and take you to the dental chair where she will constantly reassure you. The dentist herself is outstanding, she ensures you feel no pain throughout the treatment. The after care is above and beyond, they are on the other end of the line if you have any concerns regarding your treatment. The hygienist is outstanding also, I had one treatment from her and it is fair to say I don't think I am as anxious to go back as I was with other dentists. Superb team who work so well together to ensure your visit is as stress free as possible. I am so glad I took the plunge and registered here. Quality and Caring have been our family dentist for at least 10 years. We have always been able to get convenient appointments easily and have been fitted in the same day when an urgent appointment has been necessary. The staff are pleasant and courteous which makes for a welcoming and friendly environment. This is especially reassuring for our children when they are apprehensive. The advice and treatment received has been first class even as NHS patients. When private treatment has been necessary the options were clearly explained and the charges were very reasonable. I cannot fault the treatment and aftercare service received. I can highly recommend this dental practice and personally would not go anywhere else.
