Rude receptionist. End call on me, no manners, rude tone and don’t help. I need the manager to ring me instead. Need to walk again. Trapped in room and barely can walk. Big and little toe deformed and side of foot. Isn’t normal shape for me. All too painful. Receptionist gave me another fake number to ring.
Arriving at the Orthopedic Review Clinic East Wing on C level finds a friendly receptionist to check me in. We are then greeted with a waiting room that has plenty of comfortable seating, hand sanitising facilities and a chilled water dispenser with enough plastic cups. There is space to walk around and the queue goes down quite quickly but there is a wait to be seen. The review practitioners knowow their stuff and will seek a second opinion if one is warranted. The advice is clear, easy to understand and helpful l, while my questions were answered in a way I could easily comprehend.
