   Everyone was polite and helpful and it all went smoothly. A couple of things to make it better would be a wifi signal for patients to use as mobile signal is poor, you're sitting around for quite a long time. More privacy is needed when asking patients questions, you can hear everyone's complete confidential medical details. The paperwork should be completed in a sideroom and not the bed area.
