“After nearly 2 years of living with knee pain and being told by 2 different health professionals that I either had arthritis or another involving me doing a rather dull 90 rep/day programme for several weeks, I had lost faith that my knee would ever recover. Students offered a consultation and then Liam supports them when advising exercises etc. Liam's expertise and knowledge was very apparent as he clearly made sure students aware when things were missed or they didn't pick up on. Just after 10 days of my initial consultation, knee pain had gone. I have just been for my 2nd consultation and will continue to go as they oversee my knee rehab. Liam and his team are very thorough, ensuring you understand everything and the exercises are clear so you know which muscles you are working etc. They have definitely given me the positive hope that I may soon be running again when I thought my running days were over.
