We arrived on time reported to the staff they didn't ask who we were and told to go and sit round the corner we were not sean until 10.00am our appointment was for 9.30am we appreciate that appointments can run over however it would have been nice if someone had spoken to us to apologise for the delay. Once we got in we had the information and guidance that we needed and one of use had two vaccinations we need to book another appointment for Mr Jewell to have his vaccinations which he couldn't on the day due to a couse of strong antibiotics.
