The Hannon Clinic is "my go to place", where Dymna does just that. In the past, each time I had a "flare up" my treatment would have been over a number of sessions and then I was good to go. I now have a different regime, in that I have a monthly appointment with Dymna. Any twinge I have at the time, is dealt with there and then....its all about pain prevention. As a result I'm virtually pain free, and painkillers are a thing of the past. My mobility is good, capable of walking every day, and able to attend yoga three times a week.
